This Humoony assembly is built specifically for temperature/blend applications (not mode or recirculation) and matches factory fit and function for a wide list of Chevrolet and GMC models so you can get precise airflow mixing without expensive dealer visits.

Which vehicles and positions does this actuator fit?

This actuator is designed for temperature/blend duties on many Chevy and GMC trucks and large SUVs from model years roughly 2014 through 2022. It does not replace mode or recirculation actuators—only the lower or upper main temperature actuator positions listed by OEM replacement numbers.

Chevy: Silverado 1500/2500/3500, Suburban, Tahoe, and multiple heavy-duty Silverado variants (2014–2022 depending on model).

GMC: Sierra 1500/2500/3500, Yukon, Yukon XL, Escalade and Escalade ESV (2014–2020/2022 ranges).

OEM cross-references: 604-706, 604706, 22808876, 15-74347—confirm your vehicle’s part number before ordering.

How does this actuator improve temperature control?

The actuator precisely rotates the HVAC blend door to mix hot and cold air, allowing your climate system to reach and hold the in-cabin temperature you select. Humoony uses durable materials and production tolerances to reduce slop and prevent binding that causes inconsistent airflow or HVAC noise.

Smooth gear movement for quieter operation and consistent door positioning.

Resistant to heat and wear to maintain long-term accuracy.

Direct electrical and mounting compatibility for plug-and-play replacement.

Will installation require special tools or programming?

In most cases this actuator installs with basic hand tools and requires no specialized programming; it’s intended as a direct-fit replacement for the factory temperature actuator.
