Built from thick-walled, UV-resistant polyethylene and fitted with a stainless-steel strainer, it separates debris while resisting rust and many chemicals. The vented, burst-free pour design reduces splashback so liquids flow smoothly into the drum without creating mess or waste.

How does the QWORK funnel prevent spills and splashback?

The funnel uses a vented, burst-free geometry so air can escape while liquid enters, preventing pressure buildup that causes backsplash. A lockable lid secures the opening during transport or storage and helps keep contaminants out.

Vented pour design reduces turbulence and backsplash.

Lockable lid prevents accidental tipping and contamination.

Wide 10" opening reduces splattering when pouring from large containers.

Will this fit my 55-gallon drum and how does the 2" BSP adaptor work?

The funnel is designed to mate with standard 2" drum plug openings using a PPS-threaded 2" BSP adaptor. The 1-3/8" spout length and thread profile let it seat securely into most steel and polyethylene drum plugs for a tight, spill-resistant connection.

PPS-threaded fitting compatible with 2" BSP drum plugs.

Spout dimensions optimized for common 55-gallon drum throat sizes.

Stable seating reduces wobble while pouring from buckets or jugs.

What liquids is the funnel suitable for and how durable is it?

The funnel is intended for non-hazardous liquids such as water-based fluids, non-flammable fuels and coolant fluids. Constructed from 100% thick-walled polyethylene and paired with a removable stainless steel strainer, it resists UV, corrosion and many common chemicals encountered in workshops and factories.

Made from UV-resistant, chemical-tolerant polyethylene for longevity.

Stainless-steel removable screen traps particulates and is easy to clean.

Not rated for aggressive solvents or pressurized hazardous chemicals.

How do I maintain and clean the removable screen and funnel?

The stainless-steel strainer lifts out for quick rinsing or scrubbing, and the polyethylene body wipes clean or can be washed with mild detergent.
