Shipping policy

Free tracked delivery to every UK postcode

Every British Garage order is delivered free of charge to any address in the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote postcodes.

Dispatch and delivery times

Delivery, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands 4–10 working days after dispatch

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm, or at the weekend, start processing the next working day. During peak periods (late November to Christmas) allow an extra two working days.

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If the tracking has not updated for three working days, email britishgarage.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

Multiple parcels

Larger orders, or orders containing items from more than one of our suppliers, may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel carries its own tracking link and you are never charged extra for split delivery.

Missed deliveries

Carriers leave a card or send a text with redelivery or collection options. Parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable after two attempts are refunded in full once they arrive back, less nothing — we do not deduct a fee.

Damaged or missing items

If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund; you will not be asked to claim from the carrier yourself.

Address errors

Please check the delivery address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us immediately; we can amend the address until the order is dispatched. Orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer cannot be refunded until the parcel is recovered.

Outside the UK

British Garage currently delivers to UK addresses only.
