5 PLUS Custom-Fit Windscreen Wipers for Toyota Prius V 2012–2017 — PTFE-Coated Rubber, Tool-Free Install

If you own a Toyota Prius V from model years 2012 through 2017 and need a like-for-like wiper replacement, this set is shaped and adapted to fit the vehicle’s factory mounting points while improving rubber quality and fit. The blades combine PTFE-coated natural rubber with dual spring technology to improve contact and reduce chatter, and include the adapters to match Toyota’s original connections for a straightforward swap.

How do these blades improve clearing performance during rain and light snow?

The 5 PLUS blades use AAAAA-grade natural rubber with a PTFE coating that sheds water and resists sticking in low temperatures. Better rubber and a close-fitting pressure system help reduce streaking and minimize the need for repeated passes.

• PTFE-coated rubber lowers surface tension for cleaner wipe
• Dual galvanized steel springs press the blade evenly across the glass
• OEM-style spoilers reduce lift at speed and in wind

Will these wipers fit my Prius V easily and match original hardware?

These blades are designed as custom-fit replacements for Toyota Prius V 2012–2017 and come with the necessary clips and adapters to mirror the vehicle’s factory attachment. The installation usually takes about a minute per blade and does not require special tools.

• Direct-fit design matches original connection points
• Included adapters and clips simplify the swap
• Tool-free snap-on installation in roughly 60 seconds

How durable are the blades in different weather conditions?

Manufactured from OEM-grade materials and stainless-treated springs, these blades are built for extended use across dust, rain, fog, ice, and light snow. The combination of high-grade rubber and corrosion-resistant metal components improves longevity versus basic replacement blades.

• High-grade natural rubber resists cracking and hardening
• Galvanized memory metal springs maintain consistent pressure
• All-season construction performs in heat, cold, and moisture

How quickly can I install them and what maintenance do they need?

Installation is straightforward and quick—typically one minute per blade—thanks to pre-fitted adapters and a form-fitting frame. Regularly wipe the rubber edge with a damp cloth and inspect for nicks to preserve wiping quality and extend service life.

• One-minute, tool-free installation per blade
• Simple maintenance: clean rubber edge monthly or as needed
• Inspect for wear after heavy ice, debris strikes, or seasonal changes

Who is this for: These 5 PLUS wipers are intended for Toyota Prius V owners (2012–2017) who want a direct replacement that improves on original rubber quality and maintains factory fit. They suit drivers seeking quieter operation, better contact across the windshield, and a straightforward, tool-free installation—especially useful for those in regions with variable weather where reliable all-season wiping matters.
