AOKIO Honda Civic 10th Gen Door Handle Cover Trim — Glossy Black (2016–2021), 8‑Piece ABS, Smart Keyhole Fit

AOKIO glossy black exterior door handle cover trims are a plug-and-play 8-piece styling upgrade designed specifically for Honda Civic 10th Gen (2016–2021) models with smart keyholes.

These aftermarket handle covers use high-quality ABS plastic with a glossy black finish to refresh the look of your Civic’s exterior without permanent modification. Each kit includes eight contoured pieces shaped to fit over the factory handles, with pre-applied adhesive tape to simplify installation. They are intended to enhance appearance and protect the original surface from minor scratches, while keeping full access to the smart keyhole.

Will these covers fit my Honda Civic 10th Gen with a smart key?

Yes — the AOKIO set is cut to fit Civic models from 2016 through 2021 that have the factory smart keyhole. The pieces align with the handle housing and the keyhole cutout. Before ordering, confirm your Civic uses the same handle shape and smart keyhole placement as shown in product images.

• Compatible years: 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021
• Designed for versions with a smart keyhole on the handle
• Contours match stock handle dimensions for a tidy fit

How difficult is installation and what tools are required?

Installation is straightforward and intended for DIY. The covers have adhesive backing—no drilling or special tools required. For best adhesion, clean and degrease the original handle, position each cover carefully, then press firmly. Warming the tape slightly (hair dryer or heat gun on low) improves grip on colder days.

• No drilling or glue needed; adhesive tape included
• Recommended tools: cleaning cloth, isopropyl alcohol, optional heat source
• Typical install time: 15–30 minutes for all four doors

What materials and finish are used, and how durable are they?

The covers are molded from ABS plastic with a high-gloss black surface. ABS is lightweight, impact-resistant, and common for exterior trim pieces. The glossy finish boosts visual contrast and resists normal road wear; treat it like other painted trim to avoid harsh abrasives during cleaning.

• Material: high-quality ABS plastic for toughness and stability
• Finish: glossy black for a polished, factory-like appearance
• Care: wash gently and avoid aggressive polishers to maintain shine

What comes in the package and will the smart keyhole remain usable?

The kit includes eight individual covers—one for each exterior door handle area—molded to accommodate the smart keyhole so you can use the keyless entry without removal. Adhesive backing is pre-applied to each part, and the lightweight design keeps normal handle function intact.

• Package contents: 8 handle covers for all door positions
• Smart keyhole opening maintained for full access
• Pre-applied adhesive tape for immediate installation

Who is this for? Drivers who want a quick, reversible styling refresh for their Honda Civic 10th Gen without permanent modifications will appreciate this AOKIO trim set. It suits owners seeking a cohesive glossy-black accent to complement dark wheels, window trim, or other exterior details, and those who prefer easy DIY upgrades that preserve the factory keyless-entry function.
