Autofiber U.F.O. Upholstery Microfibre Pads, 6-inch Pack of 6 — Low-to-Medium RPM, Machine & Hand Use

Autofiber U.F.O. Pads are 6-inch orbital microfiber pads made to clean upholstery, fabric and carpet quickly when used by hand or with orbital/sander/polisher tools.

These pads pair microfiber pile and dense backing to lift soil and absorb moisture while you agitate with your preferred cleaner. Designed to perform at low-to-medium speeds, the U.F.O. Pads remove dirt and residue from vehicle seats, home upholstery, floor mats and fabric interiors without oversaturating materials. They come in a convenient six-pack sized for common detailer and home cleaning tasks.

How do U.F.O. Pads work with orbital polishers and sanders?

The pads attach to orbital and dual-action tools to combine mechanical agitation with your chosen cleaning solution, breaking surface tension and releasing embedded dirt. Use low-to-medium tool speed and keep the pad moving to avoid heat buildup and to ensure even cleaning across fabric surfaces.

• Fits 6" hook-and-loop backing plate on dual-action polishers
• Works at low-to-medium RPM to prevent fabric damage
• Microfiber lifts soil while absorbing residual moisture
• Use in steady circular motion; avoid stopping with the machine running

Can I use these pads by hand for delicate upholstery?

Yes — each pad can be used by hand with a strap or simply gripped for manual cleaning when a machine is unnecessary or a surface is fragile. Hand use gives more control for spot cleaning and corners while still benefiting from microfiber's absorbency and agitation power.

• Hand strap option for targeted scrubbing
• Gentle enough for delicate fabrics when used with mild cleaners
• Helps remove spot stains without soaking the material

What cleaners and surfaces are compatible with these microfiber pads?

U.F.O. Pads are compatible with a wide range of upholstery and fabric cleaners, from gentle soap solutions to specialty textile cleaners. They are intended for fabric, carpeted floor mats, cloth seats, headliners and other soft interiors — always follow material-care instructions and test a hidden area first.

• Use diluted or ready-to-use upholstery cleaners, enzyme sprays, or light soap solutions
• Appropriate for vehicle seats, home furniture, carpeted mats and fabric panels
• Effective at reducing water use by absorbing and trapping residues

How do I care for and prolong the life of Autofiber U.F.O. Pads?

After use, rinse or machine-wash pads separately on a gentle cycle without fabric softener, then air-dry or tumble-dry low. Regular cleaning prevents build-up that reduces performance and maintains the microfiber’s ability to absorb and lift soils.

• Rinse immediately after heavy soiling to remove trapped debris
• Machine wash cold or warm without fabric softener or bleach
• Air-dry or tumble-dry low to preserve pile and backing integrity

Who is this for: Autofiber U.F.O. Pads are intended for professional detailers, DIY auto enthusiasts, and homeowners who need a compact, reusable solution for fabric and upholstery cleaning. They suit anyone who wants faster, more efficient fabric agitation and moisture control when using orbital tools or cleaning by hand. These pads deliver repeatable results for spot treatments and larger cleaning jobs while minimizing excess water and cleaner residue on soft surfaces.
