AutoLine Pro automotive cap plugs kit 23-piece set — tapered seals for EVAP & vacuum testing, 1/8"–4"

AutoLine Pro Premium Automotive Cap Plugs Kit is a 23-piece set of tapered plastic plugs designed to seal a wide range of vehicle openings for accurate EVAP and vacuum leak testing.

This kit supplies a broad selection of durable, precision-molded plugs that let technicians, DIYers, and shops isolate hoses, lines, and ports quickly and reliably. The plugs cover diameters from 1/8" to 4" (3.2 mm to 102 mm) and are built to resist deformation during routine service work. They are compatible with leading smoke and vacuum machines, making them a practical addition to any diagnostic toolkit.

How do these cap plugs improve leak-testing accuracy?

By providing a tight, tapered seal across many port sizes, these plugs prevent air bypass that can mask or mimic real leaks. A snug fit reduces false positives and helps smoke or vacuum machines deliver clearer diagnostics.

• Precision tapering for consistent, snug seals
• Wide diameter range (1/8" to 4") to match most vehicle openings
• Plastic material resists warping under repeated use
• Compatible with major EVAP and vacuum test systems

What makes the material and build quality stand out?

The plugs use a high-grade plastic formulated for longevity and stable dimensions. That durability preserves fit and prevents the plugs from deforming during insertion or exposure to shop environments.

• Hard-wearing plastic construction for repeated service cycles
• Consistent molding ensures repeatable performance
• Lightweight yet sturdy for easy handling and storage

Will these plugs work with my existing smoke or vacuum machine?

Yes — the kit is made to interface with all common automotive EVAP and vacuum smoke machines, including AutoLine Pro, OTC, Redline, Autool and others. The variety of sizes covers most OEM and aftermarket port diameters encountered in passenger and light-duty vehicles.

• Confirmed compatibility with leading diagnostic brands
• Multiple sizes to match OEM hose and port dimensions
• Simplifies setup and reduces need for adapter parts

How is the kit organized and what sizes are included?

The 23-piece assortment spans small to large openings so you can seal everything from vacuum lines to larger service ports. The sizes range from 1/8" (3.2 mm) up to 4" (102 mm), letting you pick the closest fit for a reliable seal.

• 23 plugs covering 1/8"–4" (3.2 mm–102 mm)
• Assortment eliminates frequent trips to buy single plugs
• Compact set is easy to store in a tool chest or service cart
