AUTOOL BT360 is a handheld 12V/24V battery and electrical system tester that quickly measures CCA, SOH and SOC for 30–2000 CCA batteries.
The BT360 combines fast conductivity-based measurements with simple one-button operation to diagnose automotive batteries, starter circuits and charging systems. Its color backlit display and history recording let you compare results to manufacturer standards, while rugged clips, insulated leads and reverse-connection protection make field use safer. The device supports common battery chemistries—lead-acid, AGM (flat and spiral), GEL and EFB—so it fits passenger cars, light trucks and many workshop tasks.
The tester measures cold cranking amps (CCA) and calculates a starting minimum voltage under load so you can see if the battery will deliver the necessary current for engine cranking. Results are displayed alongside internal resistance and a simple pass/fail style assessment to speed decisions.
In addition to CCA, the unit reports state of health (SOH) and state of charge (SOC), helping differentiate a weak charge from permanent battery deterioration. The included database of common battery models lets you compare measured values to reference standards for a reliable assessment.
Yes — the BT360 runs targeted cranking and charging system checks to reveal starter draw or alternator charging issues. Voltage, minimum start voltage and charging voltage are shown in real time so you can identify whether the battery, starter or alternator requires attention.
The unit includes insulated test clamps and misconnection protection to prevent damage from reverse polarity. Its acid-resistant ABS housing and heavy-duty cables are built to withstand automotive environments, and the compact, clip-and-use design keeps operation quick and portable.
Who this is for: The AUTOOL BT360 is suited to DIY car owners, mobile technicians and small workshops that need a fast, reliable way to evaluate 12V and 24V battery health, starting performance and charging systems. It’s especially useful when you want clear pass/fail diagnostics, historical comparison of tests, and professional-level measurements without complex setup. Backed by a three-year warranty and lifetime technical support, the BT360 offers a workshop-grade testing tool for routine maintenance, pre-trip checks and fault troubleshooting.
Q: Does BT360 support both 12V and 24V batteries?
A: Yes. The BT360 can test 12V and 24V systems and measures batteries from 30–2000 CCA.
Q: What protections prevent damage from reverse connections?
A: The tester includes misconnection protection plus insulated clamps to avoid harm if leads are reversed.
