AUTOSAVER88 Headlight Assembly for 1999-2002 Chevy Silverado — Sealed Impact-Resistant Housing, Parabolic Reflector

AUTOSAVER88 headlight assembly replaces factory headlights for compatible 1999–2006 Chevy Silverado, Suburban, and Tahoe models, delivering sealed, impact-resistant lighting with improved reflector performance.

These direct-fit headlight housings are manufactured to match the fit and function of original equipment on specified Chevy trucks and SUVs. They come fully sealed against moisture, use parabolic metallic reflectors to increase usable light output, and include a sided safety reflector to improve vehicle visibility. Bulbs are not included, so select HB3/9005 for high beam and HB4/9006 for low beam when installing.

Will this headlight assembly fit my Chevy model and year?

Compatibility covers many Silverado, Suburban, and Tahoe model years, but not every variant. Confirm your vehicle’s model year and sub-model before purchasing, especially if you have a Z71 or heavy-duty variant.

• Fits: 1999–2002 Chevy Silverado 1500/2500; 2001–2002 Silverado 1500HD, 2500HD, 3500
• Fits: 2000–2006 Chevy Suburban and 2000–2006 Chevy Tahoe (excludes 2000 Tahoe Z71)
• Bulb fits: high beam HB3/9005, low beam HB4/9006 (bulbs not included)
• Verify OEM part numbers or compare mounting points and connector types

How does the assembly perform in wet or rough conditions?

Each housing is fully sealed with resilient silicone and venting that keeps condensation out while allowing pressure equalization. The design resists corrosion and reduces fogging so the optics stay clear in varied climates.

• Fully sealed lens with one-way vents to prevent moisture buildup
• Silicone seals for long-term water resistance
• Polycarbonate lens resists cracking and weather damage

Will these headlights be brighter or safer than my originals?

Reflector geometry and materials have been optimized to increase usable light projected onto the road without altering beam pattern drastically. A sided micro-prism reflector enhances side visibility to help oncoming traffic or pedestrians notice your vehicle sooner.

• Metallic parabolic reflectors for wider, smoother light distribution
• Adjustable beam angle of approximately ±3° for aiming alignment
• Micro-prism side reflector increases lateral visibility to others

What should I know about installation and durability?

The housings are made with impact-resistant materials but professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment and sealing. They withstand vibration and road shock, keeping the assembly secure across demanding driving conditions.

• Durable polycarbonate lens and reinforced housing construction
• Designed to resist shock and vibration on rough roads
• Professional installation recommended for proper aiming and seal integrity

Who is this for: This headlight assembly is aimed at owners of compatible Chevy Silverados, Suburbans, and Tahoes who need a reliable OE-style replacement that resists moisture and road damage while improving reflector performance. It suits DIY mechanics familiar with headlight bulb types (HB3/HB4) and professional installers who want a direct-fit option for fleet vehicles or restoration projects. Before ordering, double-check your vehicle year, model variant, and connector type to ensure a correct match.
