Bestop Vinyl Soft Top Cleaner & Protectant Pack 1121500 — 3‑Piece Kit for Vinyl Tops & Windows

Bestop Cleaner/Protectant Pack 1121500 is a complete three-piece kit designed to clean and protect vinyl soft tops and their windows.

This compact kit combines a vinyl fabric cleaner, a vinyl window cleaner, and a Bestop-formulated vinyl protectant in one box to simplify routine maintenance for soft tops and accessories. Each product is made to work together so you can remove dirt and stains, restore clarity to clear vinyl windows, and add a protective layer that helps resist grime and UV exposure. The protectant is specifically developed for Bestop surfaces and should not be used on twill fabrics.

How does this kit clean different parts of my soft top?

The kit targets the three most common care needs: fabric panels, clear vinyl windows, and surface protection. The vinyl fabric cleaner lifts embedded dirt and light stains while the window cleaner improves transparency. Using the protectant afterward helps maintain cleanliness by reducing adhesion of dust and pollutants.

• Vinyl fabric cleaner: deep-cleans dirt and light stains on vinyl panels.
• Vinyl window cleaner: removes haze, fingerprints, and smudges from clear windows.
• Protectant: leaves a protective barrier to slow re-soiling and reduce UV dulling.

What are the steps to use each product safely and effectively?

Start by rinsing loose dirt from the surface, then apply the vinyl fabric cleaner in small sections and agitate with a soft brush or cloth. Wipe the cleaner away and allow panels to dry before treating windows. Clean vinyl windows with the window cleaner using a microfiber cloth, and finish by applying the protectant sparingly to vinyl areas only, avoiding twill fabric.

• Rinse first to remove grit that could scratch surfaces.
• Work one small area at a time for thorough cleaning and even protection.
• Do not apply protectant to twill fabric; test in an inconspicuous area if unsure.

How long will results last and how often should I use the kit?

Longevity depends on exposure to weather, sunlight, and vehicle use. Regular upkeep—cleaning windows and fabric every few months and applying protectant once or twice per season—helps preserve appearance and performance. If your vehicle is stored outdoors or sees heavy use, increase the frequency accordingly.

• Light use/garage-kept: clean and protect once per season.
• Outdoor/regular use: clean windows monthly and protect every 6–8 weeks.
• After severe weather or heavy dirt exposure: clean promptly to prevent staining.
