BIG RED 40" Rolling Garage Creeper - Blow-Molded Plastic Mechanic Cart with Padded Headrest & 6 Swivel Casters

The BIG RED TRP6240 is a one-piece, 40-inch blow-molded rolling garage creeper designed for low-profile access under vehicles with a padded headrest, built-in shoulder recess, dual side tool trays and six 360° swivel casters.

Made to make under-vehicle work quicker and more comfortable, this mechanic cart combines a rigid blow-molded plastic deck with ergonomic shaping and convenient storage. Its 40" length keeps your body supported while the low-profile height improves access beneath cars, trucks, SUVs and vans. The integrated carrying handle and durable construction simplify transport and everyday shop use.

How does the TRP6240 improve comfort when working underneath a vehicle?

The creeper’s sculpted deck includes a shoulder recess to reduce upper-body strain and a soft padded headrest to support your neck during long jobs. The low-profile layout keeps you closer to the ground for easier reach under bumpers and chassis while still offering cushioning where you need it most.

• Built-in shoulder recess to relax upper body muscles
• Soft padded headrest for neck support during extended tasks
• Low-profile 40" length for comfortable, extended reach

What storage and organization does the creeper provide?

Dual side storage trays keep frequently used hand tools and small parts within arm’s reach so you don’t need to climb out repeatedly. The trays are molded into the one-piece deck for secure placement of sockets, screwdrivers, clips and small containers while you roll beneath a vehicle.

• Two side-mounted tool trays for quick access to essentials
• Molded recesses that limit tool movement while rolling
• Open tray layout fits sockets, wrenches, fasteners and small parts

How does the caster system affect mobility and shop workflow?

Six 360-degree swivel casters provide smooth, controlled motion and precise positioning under complex chassis layouts. The multiple-caster design distributes weight evenly for stable rolling on typical garage floors, making it easier to slide in and out from under vehicles with minimal effort.

• Six swivel casters for full 360° maneuverability
• Even caster distribution for stable rolling and load support
• Smooth movement suited to concrete and finished shop floors

What are the construction features and portability options?

The TRP6240 is constructed as a single blow-molded plastic piece for easy cleaning and resistance to shop fluids. A bottom-positioned carrying handle lets you lift and move the creeper quickly, while the durable deck resists denting and simplifies storage when not in use.

• One-piece blow-molded plastic deck for strength and easy cleaning
• Bottom carrying handle for fast transport and repositioning
• Durable red finish and stable construction for everyday shop use
