BILLDIO E90 Front Kidney Grille for BMW 2005–2008 — Gloss Black ABS 4‑Piece, Double Slat

If your 2005–2008 BMW 3 Series E90 needs a visual upgrade or a replacement for a damaged factory grille, this BILLDIO front kidney grille set offers a sporty, low-maintenance option. Built from impact-resistant ABS and finished in high-gloss black, the four-piece assembly fits directly into the stock mounting points so you can restore or enhance the vehicle’s face without cutting or drilling.

Will this grille fit my BMW E90 model?

Yes — the BILLDIO E90 grille is engineered for specific E90 variants to ensure correct alignment and mounting. It fits a range of 3 Series E90 models from 2005 through 2008, covering common factory front-end configurations without modification.

• Compatible with 2005 BMW 320i and 325i
• Fits 2005–2006 325xi and 330i models
• Designed for 2006–2008 323i and 2007–2008 328i/328xi and 335i/335xi
• Direct-replacement shape aligns with original mounting points

How durable is the gloss-black ABS construction?

The grille uses injection-molded ABS plastic chosen for impact resistance and UV stability, which helps preserve appearance through normal road use. That material resists corrosion and holds paint or gloss finishes better than many metals in the same category.

• High-strength ABS resists chips and minor impacts
• Gloss finish resists fading from sun exposure
• Lightweight construction avoids added front-end stress
• Easy to clean — preserves showroom shine with regular washing

How simple is the installation process?

Installation is designed to be straightforward: the four-piece set snaps into the original grille openings and uses the stock clips and tabs. No drilling, trimming, or special tools are required for a standard replacement, so you can complete the swap quickly in a driveway or garage.

• Four separate panels align with factory slots
• No-drill installation keeps the vehicle’s structure intact
• Typical install time is only minutes per side for experienced DIYers
• Instructions and customer support available if needed

What visual effect will it create on the car?

The double-slat design and glossy black finish give the front end a sportier, more modern character while maintaining the E90’s classic BMW proportions. The darker grille contrasts with lighter paint colors or deepens the front-end presence on darker cars.

• Gloss-black slats produce a clean, aggressive look
• Double-bar styling differentiates from single-slat stock grilles
• Complements aftermarket trims, spoilers, and blacked-out accents
• Restores visual symmetry if the original grille was damaged

Who is this for: Drivers who own a compatible 2005–2008 BMW 3 Series E90 and want a durable, plug-and-play front grille that enhances the car’s appearance without permanent modifications. It’s suitable for DIY installers, detailers refreshing a used vehicle, and enthusiasts seeking a subtle but distinctive styling upgrade.
