The BORRITT 3/4" NPT Automatic Shut-Off Fuel Nozzle is a heavy‑duty fuel refilling tool with an automatic sensor that stops flow when the tank reaches the spout level.
This aluminum-bodied fuel nozzle combines an automatic shut-off sensor with a sturdy 13/16" outlet spout and a 3/4" NPT inlet, built to handle diesel, gasoline, kerosene and biodiesel. Designed for fueling stations, transportation fleets and industrial refueling, the nozzle delivers up to 16 GPM through a 7" (180mm) straight spout while offering a full grip guard and a three-notch hold-open clip for controlled manual operation.
The nozzle's sensor is integrated at the discharge spout outlet; when the liquid in the tank reaches that level the sensor interrupts flow and stops dispensing. This reduces overfills and makes refueling faster and safer for busy locations, while still allowing manual control when needed.
Constructed with a heavy-duty cast aluminum body and thermoplastic trigger and guard, the nozzle is built to withstand commercial use. It operates within a working pressure range suitable for pump-fed systems, not gravity feed tanks.
The nozzle uses a 3/4" NPT inlet (19mm) and a 13/16" outlet OD with a 7" (180mm) straight spout, giving a maximum flow rate around 16 GPM. That balance of spout length and flow capacity works well for medium to large tanks and commercial pumps where faster refueling is required.
The BORRITT nozzle is compatible with gasoline, diesel, kerosene and biodiesel blends, making it versatile across fuel types commonly used in commercial and industrial settings. It’s engineered for pump-pressure systems such as service stations and mobile refuelers rather than passive gravity tanks.
Who is this for: The BORRITT automatic shut-off fuel nozzle is aimed at service station operators, fleet maintenance teams, transport companies and industrial sites that need a reliable, higher-flow nozzle with automatic shut-off. It’s especially useful when quicker fills, spill prevention and a robust build are priorities for daily commercial use.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with diesel and gasoline?
A: Yes. The BORRITT nozzle works with diesel, gasoline, kerosene and biodiesel blends.
Q: Can I use this nozzle on a gravity tank?
A: No. It’s designed for pump-fed systems and not recommended for gravity tank refueling.
