BugSlide Waterless Cleaner & Polisher 16 oz Shop Kit with Microfibre Towel — UV Protection, Streak-Free Finish

BugSlide 16 oz Shop Kit is a waterless cleaner and polisher that safely removes bugs, dirt and fingerprints while leaving a streak-free, UV-protected finish when used with the included microfiber towel.

Whether you need a quick touch-up between washes or a full detail without a hose, this concentrated spray was formulated to clean and polish multiple non-porous surfaces without harsh chemicals. The bottle’s formula is free of wax, petroleum, silicone, Teflon and ammonia, and it dries clear so you won’t get residue or hazing. The kit includes a plush microfiber towel sized for easy wiping and buffing, making one-step maintenance fast and effective on cars, boats, motorcycles and more.

How does BugSlide remove bugs and road grime without water?

The formula contains gentle agents that loosen insect remains, sap and surface contaminants so they lift away with minimal rubbing. Spray onto the soiled area, let it sit briefly to penetrate, then wipe away with the microfiber; flip the cloth to buff for a polished finish. This method reduces the risk of scratching compared with abrasive scrubbing on dry surfaces.

• Spray-and-wait application: 30–60 seconds dwell time.
• Microfiber lifts loosened debris without abrasive contact.
• Safe for direct sunlight use; dries clear without film.

Will this product work on different vehicle surfaces?

Yes—BugSlide is designed for use on most non-porous materials, delivering a cleaned and polished result across many vehicle parts. It’s suitable for painted finishes, glass, chrome, aluminum, plastics and vinyl, making it a versatile option for cars, RVs, boats and motorcycles. Avoid use on untreated porous fabrics or surfaces noted by the manufacturer as sensitive to liquids.

• Safe on paint, clearcoat, glass, chrome and metal trims.
• Works on fiberglass, plexiglass, Lexan and hard plastics.
• Compatible with vinyl and leather for light cleaning and shine.

Does BugSlide replace waxing or polishing steps?

BugSlide is formulated to provide immediate shine and protection with a UV filter in the release agent, so routine waxing becomes optional for many users. It won’t substitute for restorative compounding or paint-correcting polishes when deeper defects exist, but for maintenance cleaning and quick shine, it eliminates the need for frequent wax applications. The finish is streak-free and free of wax build-up, so surfaces remain clear and glossy.

• Provides UV-filtered surface protection for everyday maintenance.
• Dries crystal clear—no yellowing, film, or powdery residue.
• Not a substitute for heavy paint correction or scratch removal.

How do I use the included microfiber towel for best results?

After spraying BugSlide, use the towel’s soft side to lift soils, then flip to the dry side to buff and enhance gloss. Work in small sections to ensure contaminants are removed before drying; for stubborn spots, allow a slightly longer dwell time and gentle overlap strokes. Washing the microfiber after use keeps it lint-free and ready for future applications.

• Wipe on dampened area then immediately flip to dry side to buff.
• Work section by section to prevent residue buildup.
• Machine-wash microfiber without fabric softener to maintain performance.
