Calvana Angled Tyre Lube Bottle Kit, 11.5" Length 1.25 Quart — Coats-Compatible with 3 Durable Swabs

Calvana’s Ultra-Durable Angled Tire Lube Bucket Kit is a heavy-duty, Coats-compatible lube bottle and swab set built for reliable, long-lasting tire mounting and bead lubrication.

This kit combines a reinforced angled lube bottle with three tightly wound cotton swabs to deliver consistent lubrication when mounting or demounting tires on center-post changers. Designed as a direct replacement for Coats 8106259, the components are sized and shaped for professional shop workflows while remaining a robust option for weekend mechanics. Materials and construction focus on repeated use, reduced downtime, and better control when applying lubricant to beads and rims.

How does the angled bottle improve tire mounting accuracy?

The 11.5" angled neck lets technicians reach the bead and rim gaps without awkward wrist positions, so lubricant goes exactly where it’s needed. The shape reduces drips and keeps hands and equipment cleaner than straight-neck bottles.

• Angled spout for precise application into bead gaps
• 11.5" length for deeper reach on larger wheels
• Tight pour control to minimize waste and mess

What makes these lube swabs more durable than standard ones?

Each swab uses densely wound cotton and a reinforced core to resist unraveling and hold lubricant longer, so fewer replacements are needed during high-volume jobs. The construction keeps the swab intact through repeated scrubbing on rims and bead surfaces.

• Tightly wound cotton fibers for extended life
• Sturdy core to prevent fraying under pressure
• Optimized size for even lubricant transfer without over-application

Is this kit compatible with my shop’s Coats center-post changer?

The kit is made to match the form and function of the Coats OEM part it replaces, ensuring a seamless fit on most center-post changers that accept the original style. Using this drop-in replacement avoids expensive adapter work and keeps your shop running smoothly.

• Direct replacement for Coats 8106259 compatibility
• Same mounting and reach characteristics as OEM parts
• Quick swap-in to limit machine downtime

How does this kit hold up under shop conditions?

Components are built with reinforced handles and heavy-duty materials to stand up to frequent use, knocks, and exposure to common tire shop lubricants. The bottle and swabs were designed with daily shop demands in mind to reduce failures and replacements.

• Robust twisted-wire handle resists bending and breaking
• Durable bottle body resists punctures and fatigue
• Swabs engineered for repeated contact with rough surfaces

Who this is for: Technicians and shop owners who need a dependable, Coats-compatible lube bottle and swab kit that minimizes interruptions and cleans up fast. It’s well suited for busy tire shops, mobile service vans, and advanced DIYers who want professional-grade components that last through repeated mounting and demounting cycles.
