Camco Rhino RV Tote Tank Gauge - 3/4-11.5 NH Venting Indicator, Seals for Transport

Camco's Rhino RV Tote Tank Gauge is a compact, universal venting gauge that indicates when your tote tank is nearly full and lets you seal the tank for safe transport.

Filling or emptying a portable RV tote tank can be messy when you can’t see or feel how full it is. The Rhino gauge attaches to standard garden-hose-style tote fittings and gives a clear, mechanical indication of venting status so you avoid overfilling, accidental spills, and wasted cleanup time. Built from durable polymer, it’s lightweight, simple to install, and compatible with most tote tank brands that use 3/4-11.5 NH male threads.

How does the gauge stop overfilling during filling?

The gauge vents while your tote tank is filling and shows when the airflow closes, signaling that the tank is reaching capacity. When the vent closes you reduce the chance of water or waste backing up out of the fill opening, helping prevent spills and overflow messes.

• Visible vent indicator shows when airflow stops
• Threads into standard garden-hose male fittings (3/4-11.5 NH)
• Venting design reduces backflow during filling

Will this fit my existing tote tank or hose fittings?

The Rhino gauge is designed to be compatible with the common 3/4-11.5 NH garden hose male thread used on most portable tote tanks. Installation is a simple hand-threading onto the fitting; no tools or modifications required for typical setups.

• Universal thread standard fits most tote brands
• Quick hand-tight installation onto male fittings
• No adapters needed for standard garden-hose-style fittings

Can I seal the tank for transport with the gauge installed?

Yes—the gauge includes a shut position that stops venting and seals the opening for transport. Closing the gauge prevents leaks or odors from escaping while you move the tote, turning the vent into a transport cap when needed.

• Simple open/close operation for venting or sealing
• Helps contain liquids and odors during transport
• Compact form factor won’t add bulk to the tote cap area

What are the build and size details I should know?

The Rhino gauge is molded from durable polymer to resist weather and routine wear. It measures about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and stands roughly 3 inches tall when installed, offering a low-profile solution that still provides a clear venting indication.

• Durable polymer construction for long-term use
• Approximately 1.5-inch diameter and 3 inches tall installed
• Lightweight design won’t significantly add weight

Who is this for: RV owners, campers, and anyone who uses portable tote tanks for water or waste management and wants a simple, reliable way to avoid overfills and spills. It’s especially useful for people who often fill in busy marinas, campgrounds, or seasonal storage areas where a quick visual vent indicator and transport seal improve safety and convenience.
