CARPRO Reload 2.0 Ceramic Spray Sealant 100 mL — Silica + Siloxane, Fast Hydrophobic Gloss

CARPRO Reload 2.0 is a fast, spray-on silica + siloxane sealant that delivers glass-like hydrophobic protection and high-gloss reflectivity in minutes.

Reload 2.0 combines silica (SiO2) nanotechnology with siloxane polymers in a water-based formula to create a slick, dirt-repelling layer for paint, glass, trim and plastics. Designed as a convenient topper or standalone sealant, this 100 mL bottle is sized for quick maintenance and touch-ups, letting you boost shine and weather resistance without the complexity of multi-step coatings.

How does Reload 2.0 improve water beading and drying times?

Reload 2.0 forms a super-hydrophobic surface that forces water into tight beads, causing it to sheet off faster and reducing water spots during drying. That slick surface also helps loose dirt and grime slide away more easily when rinsing or washing.

• Creates pronounced water beading via silica-enhanced hydrophobicity
• Reduces surface tension so water sheets and dries faster
• Helps prevent light water spotting when used after washing
• Ideal for quick maintenance between full detailing sessions

Can I use this on trim, glass and plastic as well as paint?

Yes — Reload 2.0 is formulated to work on most exterior vehicle surfaces, including painted panels, glass, rubber, trim and plastics. It’s proven safe on rubber and trim without staining, making it a versatile product for fast multi-surface protection.

• Suitable for paint, clear coat, glass, plastic and trim
• Repels rain and grime on multiple surface types
• Non-staining on rubber and exterior trim pieces
• Can be applied wet or dry for convenient touch-ups

How long does protection last and can it be used with other coatings?

When used as a standalone spray sealant on daily-driven vehicles, Reload 2.0 can provide up to three months of enhanced protection depending on conditions and maintenance. It’s also ideal as a maintenance topper for heavier ceramic coatings like CQUARTZ to extend gloss and hydrophobic performance between full-detail services.

• Standalone durability up to approximately three months on average daily use
• Compliments and refreshes existing ceramic coatings such as CQUARTZ
• Regular use helps maintain gloss and repellency over time
• Best results when applied to clean, decontaminated paint

What’s the correct way to apply Reload 2.0 for best results?

Apply Reload 2.0 to a clean, oil-free surface away from direct sunlight for even coverage. Spray lightly and wipe off with a microfiber towel; the product works wet or dry, but starting from a contaminant-free surface ensures strong adhesion and optimum gloss.

• Ensure paint is fully cleaned and free of oils, waxes or solvents before use
• Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot panels
• Spray a fine mist, spread with a microfiber cloth, then buff to shine
• Safe for spot touch-ups or full-panel coverage as a spray-on sealant

Who this is for: CARPRO Reload 2.0 is aimed at car enthusiasts, weekend detailers and professionals who need a fast, effective maintenance sealant. It suits anyone who wants to enhance water repellency, boost reflective gloss and simplify washing without committing to a multi-step ceramic coating process.
