cenzhiwen Universal 12V Air Horn Kit — All-in-One Compressor Horn, 150dB, Weatherproof

The cenzhiwen Universal 12V Air Horn Kit is an all-in-one compressor and trumpet assembly that delivers a 150dB warning tone in a compact, weatherproof package for nearly any 12V vehicle.

This single-unit air horn combines the compressor, horn trumpet, mounting bracket and wiring harness into a plug-and-play kit designed to fit tight engine bays and a wide range of vehicles. Built with a pure copper motor coil, chrome zinc alloy components and high-impact ABS housing, it is engineered to tolerate extreme temperatures, water and heavy use. The pre-assembled wiring and universal bracket let most owners finish installation in about 15 minutes without complex electrical work.

How loud is this horn and will it be noticeable in traffic?

The kit consistently produces up to 150dB at peak output, giving a clear, attention-grabbing tone suitable for highways, urban traffic and large vehicle environments without requiring an external air tank. The sound profile is sharp and penetrating to ensure motorists and pedestrians hear the warning.

• Measured peak level: 150dB for maximum audibility.
• All-in-one trumpet and compressor eliminates need for separate air reservoir.
• Designed to deliver a focused directional tone for effective warning.

How easy is installation for a non-expert?

Installation is simplified by the integrated compressor-horn design and a pre-assembled wiring harness. You only need to connect the red and black power leads to the battery, secure the universal bracket, and mount the included push-button switch or wire into an existing control circuit.

• Plug-and-play wiring: red/black to battery terminals.
• Includes relay, air lines, mounting bracket and push-button switch.
• Typical install time: around 15 minutes for most users.

Will this kit survive harsh weather and heavy use?

The horn is built with weather-resistant materials and tested to operate reliably across a wide temperature range and in wet conditions. The copper-core motor resists overheating, and the housing materials are chosen for corrosion and impact resistance for long-term durability.

• Operating range: -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F).
• Housing: chrome zinc alloy components plus high-impact ABS.
• Lab-tested longevity: 50,000+ duty cycles for dependable performance.

Which vehicles and mounting positions work best with this horn?

This universal 12V kit matches the electrical systems of most cars, trucks, SUVs, ATVs, boats and motorcycles. Its compact footprint is ideal for tight engine bays and offers flexible mounting under the hood, on the chassis, or other secure locations using the included bracket.

• Compatible with any 12V DC system — fits 99% of vehicles.
• Compact form factor recommended for tight engine compartments or motorcycles.
• Universal bracket design allows multiple mounting orientations.
