CleanTools Absorber® XXL 32" x 20" Synthetic Drying Chamois (Red) – Super Absorbent, Scratch-Free, Machine Washable

The CleanTools Absorber® XXL is a 32" x 20" synthetic drying chamois engineered to remove water fast, protect painted surfaces, and fold compactly for storage.

If you want a drying cloth that soaks up large volumes of water without leaving streaks or micro-scratches, the Absorber® XXL is built for cars, trucks, SUVs, and other large surfaces. This synthetic chamois blends fast absorption with a soft finish that handles delicate paint and chrome, while its generous size reduces the number of passes you need. It’s also machine washable and comes with a storage tube so the cloth stays ready between uses.

How does the Absorber® XXL speed up drying after washing?

The oversized 32" x 20" surface captures more water per pass than standard towels, cutting drying time significantly. Its synthetic fibers are designed to pull moisture into the cloth rather than smear it across the finish, which helps avoid tedious follow-up wiping.

• Large coverage: 32 by 20 inches for fewer strokes
• High absorbency: holds multiple times its weight in water
• Quick release: sheds water into the fold for rapid drying

Will this cloth be safe on my paint, trim, and glass?

Yes—CleanTools engineered the Absorber® XXL with a soft, non-abrasive synthetic pile that minimizes surface friction. When used properly (light pressure, clean cloth), it reduces the risk of swirl marks or scratches often caused by rough towels or dirty microfiber.

• Scratch-free texture for sensitive finishes
• Gentle on chrome, glass, and rubber trim
• Washable design helps keep the cloth clean and safe

How do I care for and store the chamois to keep it performing?

The Absorber® XXL is machine washable, which removes trapped debris and restores absorbency. Let it air-dry or tumble on low heat, fold it into the included storage tube, and keep it dry between uses to prevent mildew and maintain softness.

• Machine wash cold or warm, gentle cycle
• Tumble dry low or air-dry to preserve fibers
• Store in the supplied tube to protect the cloth and save space

What practical advantages come from choosing the XXL size?

The larger footprint means fewer reloads and better efficiency for trucks, SUVs, and multi-vehicle maintenance. It’s ideal for owners who want one dependable towel for roofs, hoods, tailgates, and other broad panels rather than juggling multiple smaller rags.

• Fewer passes across wide panels save time
• Versatile for vehicles, boats, and household tasks
• Red color hides light staining while staying visible during use

Who is this for: The CleanTools Absorber® XXL is for vehicle enthusiasts, professional detailers, and busy homeowners who need a durable, high-capacity drying solution. If you regularly dry large surfaces and want a reusable, paint-safe option that reduces effort and time, this XXL chamois is a practical choice. It’s also suited for those who prefer low-maintenance cleaning gear—machine washable, long-lasting, and storable in its own tube for ready access.
