COCOAUTO Cabin and Engine Air Filter Kit for Hyundai Elantra 2017–2020 — Activated-Carbon Cabin + High-Flow Engine Filter

COCOAUTO’s Cabin Engine Air Filter Kit supplies one activated-carbon cabin filter and one high-flow engine air filter engineered to fit Hyundai Elantra (2017–2020) and compatible models. This two-piece filter kit is a near‑OEM replacement designed to simplify routine maintenance for compatible Hyundai vehicles. It combines a cabin filter with activated carbon to reduce interior odors and trapped particulates, plus an engine air filter built for unrestricted airflow and solid particle capture. Both pieces are selected to match part numbers listed for these models so you can replace filters quickly and maintain HVAC and engine performance without extra shopping.

How will this kit affect my car’s interior air and comfort?

The activated-carbon cabin filter captures pollen, dust, and many common odors, helping the cabin air feel fresher and the HVAC system blow more consistently. Improved filtration also reduces visible dust accumulation on vents and lowers airborne particulates inside the car. It’s especially helpful for drivers in urban or dusty environments.

• Activated carbon media for odor absorption and gas adsorption
• Traps pollen, dust, and road grime to improve interior air quality
• Restores steady HVAC airflow when a clogged filter has reduced output

Will the engine air filter in the kit protect performance and fuel economy?

The high-flow engine air filter balances particle capture with low restriction to help maintain throttle response and fuel efficiency. By preventing larger debris from entering the intake, it reduces the risk of premature wear on engine components. Replacing a clogged element can return a vehicle closer to its expected fuel consumption and responsiveness.

• High-flow media reduces intake restriction for smoother acceleration
• Catches road dust and larger contaminants before they reach the engine
• Matches common OEM part numbers for correct fit and function

Which vehicle models and part numbers does this kit match?

This COCOAUTO kit is designed to fit Hyundai Elantra model years 2017–2020 and also lists compatibility with Forte (2019–2024) and Elantra GT (2018–2020) where those vehicles share the same filter specifications. The package aligns with the referenced cabin and engine filter numbers to reduce fitment errors when you confirm your car’s requirements.

• Cabin filter references: 97133-F2000, F2H79-F2000, WP10319, C31381, VCA-1191
• Engine filter references: 28113-F2000, CA12057, WA10420, A49179, SA12057
• Use a vehicle compatibility tool (e.g., Amazon My Garage) before purchase

How often should I replace these filters and how difficult is installation?

COCOAUTO recommends replacing both filters every 12 months or every 12,000 miles under normal driving; increase frequency in dusty or high-pollution conditions. The kit is engineered for a straightforward swap—most users complete installation in about 10 minutes using basic tools. Inspect the filters more often if you notice reduced HVAC airflow, odd smells, or decreased engine responsiveness.

• Suggested interval: 12 months or 12,000 miles under normal conditions
• Shorter intervals recommended for dusty off-road or heavy-traffic areas
• Quick, tool-light installation—roughly 10 minutes for a standard swap

This kit is ideal for DIY owners and service technicians who want a matched cabin-and-engine filter set that reduces purchase time and ensures parts compatibility. If you drive a Hyundai Elantra (2017–2020), Forte (2019–2024), or Elantra GT (2018–2020) and prefer a single-order solution that follows OEM part references, this COCOAUTO two-piece set is made to restore airflow, reduce interior odors, and help protect engine intake components between scheduled services.
