DEKEWEI F30 Kidney Grille Set — Double-Slat Gloss Black ABS Direct-Fit Pair for 2012–2018 3 Series

DEKEWEI F30 double-slat gloss black kidney grilles are a direct-fit aftermarket replacement set designed to refresh the front-end look of compatible 2012–2018 BMW 3 Series sedans and wagons.

These replacement kidney grilles come as a left and right pair manufactured from impact-resistant ABS with a high-gloss black finish and dual slat styling. They slip into the factory openings without cutting or modification, giving older F30/F31 models a cleaner, sportier face while resisting fading and corrosion. Below you’ll find quick answers to common buyer questions plus specific fit and installation details to help decide if these grilles are right for your BMW.

Will these DEKEWEI grilles fit my BMW 3 Series (F30/F31)?

Yes—the grilles are engineered to match the factory mounting points for 2012–2018 BMW 3 Series F30 four-door sedans and F31 five-door Touring models. They are intended for the listed engine and trim variants and replace the original kidney inserts directly.

• Compatible with model years 2012–2018 F30 (sedan) and F31 (wagon/Touring)
• Fits OEM-equipped 320i, 328i, 330i, 335i, 340i, and specified xDrive and diesel variants
• Designed to use the original grille mounting locations—no vehicle body modifications

What are these grilles made from and how durable are they?

The set is molded from sturdy ABS plastic and finished in a glossy black that resists chips and UV-driven fading. ABS provides good impact tolerance and keeps the replacement parts lightweight while maintaining original-fit rigidity.

• High-gloss black coating for a polished appearance
• Corrosion-resistant and impact-tolerant ABS construction
• Surface designed to hold finish without significant discoloration over time

How difficult is installation and what tools are required?

Installation is intended to be simple: each grille inserts into the factory aperture and secures using the existing clips and fasteners. Most owners can complete the swap in minutes with only basic hand tools; professional installation is optional if you prefer shop assistance.

• Direct-fit replacement—no trimming or drilling
• Typical install time: under 30 minutes per side for experienced DIYers
• Only basic tools (trim tool, screwdriver) are usually needed

How will these grilles change the look of my car?

Replacing factory inserts with gloss black double-slat grilles gives the front fascia a more modern and assertive appearance, moving toward a sport-luxe aesthetic. The darker, high-gloss finish emphasizes the kidney shape and can complement blacked-out trim or performance styling packages.

• Creates a sleeker, more cohesive front-end look
• Pairs well with black exterior accents and tinted headlights
• Provides an affordable visual upgrade without other body changes
