DOG TAIL Silicone Wiper Blades Replacement Kit 24" & 18" — Frameless Beam, Hydrophobic with 2 Refills

DOG TAIL Silicone Wiper Blades with two refill strips are a frameless, hydrophobic replacement kit (24" + 18") that delivers long-lasting, streak-free wiping and easy tool-free installation.

Upgrade your windshield wipers to a silicone set designed to resist heat, cold, and UV breakdown while improving rainwater beading. This kit includes a 24-inch and an 18-inch beam blade plus two spare silicone refills, seven adapters to match most wiper arms, and a frameless design that hugs the glass for consistent contact. The result is quieter operation, better high-speed stability, and fewer full-unit replacements over time.

How do these silicone wipers perform in heavy rain and nighttime driving?

These silicone blades apply a hydrophobic layer with each sweep that helps water bead and run off faster than conventional rubber. Better water dispersion improves visibility in downpours and reduces reflective glare from oncoming lights at night.

• Continuous hydrophobic action with every pass
• Clearer windshield in heavy precipitation
• Reduced light scatter and improved nighttime sightlines

Will they stay flexible in extreme temperatures and sunlight?

High-grade silicone resists cracking and hardening from UV exposure and temperature swings, so the wiping edge remains pliable in both heat and freezing conditions. That durability preserves contact with the glass and prevents the chattering or streaking that aged rubber often causes.

• UV- and ozone-resistant silicone compound
• Maintains flexibility in cold weather
• No sun-accelerated deterioration or dry rot

Are these blades easy to install and compatible with my vehicle?

Yes — the kit ships with seven adapter types to fit common wiper-arm styles and a simple click-lock mechanism that secures the beam without tools. Installation typically takes only a few minutes per arm, and replacement refills can be slid in without changing the whole assembly.

• Seven interchangeable adapters for wide compatibility
• Tool-free installation with audible click lock
• Two refill strips included for long-term value

How do these blades hold up at highway speeds?

The frameless beam design paired with a spring-steel tension system ensures even pressure across the wiping edge and includes an integral wind spoiler to resist lift at higher speeds. The aerodynamic profile reduces flutter and keeps contact consistent for a steady, streak-free wipe on fast drives.

• Frameless beam contours to windshield curvature
• High-tension spring steel for even pressure distribution
• Built-in spoiler minimizes wind lift and chatter

Who is this for? Drivers who want a cost-effective, low-maintenance windshield solution will benefit most: commuters, families, and anyone frequently driving in rain, snow, or bright sun. If you value a quieter wipe, longer replacement intervals, and quick at-home swaps using included refills and adapters, the DOG TAIL Silicone Wiper Blades kit provides an easy upgrade from standard rubber assemblies.
