Dtomi Diesel Generator Filter Kit — 3-Piece Spin-On Oil, Fuel & Air Filters (1492513) for QD/HQD Models, Direct-Fit

Dtomi Spin-On Oil Filter Diesel Filter Set 1492513 is a three-piece replacement kit (fuel filter 149-2513, spin-on oil filter 122-0833, and air filter 140-2897) designed to restore filtration performance in compatible diesel generators.

This kit bundles the three primary disposable filters your generator relies on: a fuel filter that clears abrasive contaminants, a spin-on oil filter that traps fine particles in engine oil, and an air filter that keeps intake air free of dust and debris. Each component is new, factory-tested, and intended as a direct-fit replacement for a range of specified generator models and part numbers listed by OEMs and aftermarket suppliers.

Which generator models and part numbers does this kit replace?

The Dtomi set replaces many commonly referenced part numbers and fits multiple Quiet Diesel generator families. Check the specific model and spec code from your generator to confirm compatibility before ordering.

• Fuel filter 149-2513 replaces BF-806, P55-0888, 33063, PF-888 and similar numbers
• Oil filter 122-0833 matches PF1127, B179, LF3591, and other listed equivalents
• Air filter 140-2897 corresponds to PA5658, AF27906, LAF5978 and related codes
• Common compatible series include QD and HQD families with specific spec ranges noted by the manufacturer

How will replacing these filters affect generator performance?

Fresh filters help the engine breathe cleaner air, keep fuel free of particles, and maintain oil cleanliness—each contributing to smoother operation and longer component life. While filters don’t change engine power, they reduce the risk of clogged lines, accelerated wear, and restricted flow that cause performance loss.

• Improved fuel flow by removing sand, carbon and metal debris above typical micron thresholds
• Reduced oil contamination through a high-efficiency spin-on element
• Cleaner intake air protects valves and cylinders from abrasive dust
• Recommended maintenance interval often cited around 500 hours, adjusted by operating conditions

What are the installation and quality details I should know?

All three filters arrive ready to fit and are intended as straightforward swap-ins for the corresponding factory parts. They are produced as brand-new units, inspected prior to shipment, and backed by a one-year quality support promise from the seller.

• Spin-on oil filter installs in place of the factory screw-on element—no special tools beyond a wrench and drain pan
• Fuel filter mounts inline per original routing; prime and bleed fuel system after install if needed
• Air filter slides into the intake housing and seals against the filter box for proper airflow
• Seller offers one year of post-sale support for fit or defect questions

When should I replace each filter in regular maintenance?

Replacement frequency depends on how and where the generator is used: dusty environments and heavy load cycles shorten service life. As a guideline, many operators plan inspection or replacement at roughly 500 operating hours or sooner if you notice reduced performance, abnormal smoke, or harder starts.

• Inspect air filter more often in dusty or roadside conditions
• Change oil and oil filter at manufacturer-recommended oil intervals or every 500 hours
• Replace fuel filter when fuel delivery shows signs of restriction or contamination
• Shorten intervals when using low-quality fuel or operating in harsh environments

Who is this for: This Dtomi 3-piece filter set is aimed at owners, fleet technicians, and maintenance professionals servicing Quiet Diesel and compatible generator lines that list the referenced part numbers and spec codes. It’s suitable for anyone seeking a complete routine-filtering refresh—especially when preparing a unit for extended service or returning a generator to reliable operation.
