EcoNour Windscreen Sunshade for Volkswagen VW Passat 2012-2022, Custom Fit 4-Layer UV Heat Blocker

EcoNour Windshield Sunshade is a fitted, foldable front-window sunshade engineered to block nearly all UV rays and reduce interior heat for Volkswagen VW Passat models from 2012 through 2022.

Designed specifically to match the windshield shape and size of Volkswagen Passat years 2012–2022, this sunshade combines multi-layer reflective insulation with a lightweight, foldable design. It protects dash and upholstery from sun exposure, lowers cabin temperature when parked, and stores compactly for everyday convenience.

How well does this sunshade block heat and UV light?

The EcoNour shade uses a four-layer reflective construction that reflects sunlight away from the glass and prevents heat buildup inside the car. Its materials are tested to block the vast majority of UVA and UVB radiation, offering high SPF and UPF-level protection for interior surfaces.

• Reflective multi-layer fabric reduces radiant heat transfer.
• Blocks around 99.9% of UVA and UVB rays according to product specs.
• Helps maintain cooler surfaces on the dashboard, steering wheel, and seats.

Will this fit my Volkswagen Passat from 2012–2022?

This shade is tailored to fit the windshield dimensions common to VW Passat model years 2012 through 2022, providing edge-to-edge coverage for full protection. The contoured shape minimizes light seepage around the edges when installed properly.

• Precision-cut to match Passat windshield curves for those model years.
• Full-coverage design reduces sun coming through side gaps.
• Works with dash-mounted rearview mirrors when positioned as directed.

How easy is it to install, fold, and store every day?

The shade unfolds and installs in seconds—simply place it against the interior windshield and secure with the sun visors. When not in use it folds compactly and fits in glove boxes or door pockets so it’s ready for everyday parking or travel.

• Quick fold design for fast setup and compact storage.
• Lightweight yet reinforced for easy handling.
• Stores in glove box, door pocket, or under a seat without taking much space.

Is the EcoNour sunshade durable enough for frequent use?

Constructed from 280T high-density fabric with reinforced stitched edges, the sunshade resists warping, bending, and tearing during regular use. The reinforced finish maintains shape and reflective performance through repeated folding cycles.

• Durable 280T fabric resists wear and crinkles less over time.
• Reinforced stitching along edges prevents fraying and deformation.
• Designed for long-term daily protection in hot or sunny climates.

Who is this for? The EcoNour Windshield Sunshade is ideal for Volkswagen Passat owners (2012–2022) who want tailored, reliable sun protection that’s easy to use every day. It suits commuters, weekend drivers, rideshare/operators, and anyone parking outdoors frequently who wants to preserve interior trim, reduce cabin heat, and limit UV exposure to leather, plastic, and electronics without sacrificing storage convenience.
