Ethos Handcrafted Car Care Ceramic Glass Cleaner Clarity V2 — Windscreen Water-Repellent, Ammonia-Free

Ethos Clarity V2 is a ceramic-infused auto glass cleaner that removes grime and leaves a light hydrophobic layer so windshields, mirrors, and windows stay clearer in wet weather.

Clarity V2 combines powerful cleaning agents with ceramic technology to give automotive glass a near-professional finish without complicated steps. Formulated to be ammonia-free and tint-safe, this windshield glass cleaner lifts road film, fingerprints, and oily residue while depositing a thin water-repellent coating that helps rain bead and run off. It’s designed for interior and exterior use on all glass types, delivering streak-free clarity for daily drivers and detailers alike.

How quickly does it remove road grime and film?

Clarity V2 attacks common contaminants like bug splatter, road haze, and oily fingerprints with minimal agitation. In most cases a single spray-and-wipe pass restores optical clarity, reducing time spent prepping glass before a drive or a detail session.

• Spray directly on glass or microfiber; wipe with a clean, dry towel.
• Works fast on exterior windshield, mirrors, and side windows.
• Removes light adhesive residues and traffic film without scrubbing.

Will this product affect window tint or interior surfaces?

Clarity V2 is formulated without ammonia, making it safe for factory and aftermarket tints as well as interior surfaces near glass. It won’t damage tint adhesives when used as directed, but avoid prolonged contact with trim or leather by wiping promptly.

• Tint-safe, ammonia-free formula for vehicle windows.
• Safe on mirrors, glass sunroofs, and household glass in a pinch.
• Avoid soaking edges—wipe any overspray from trim and seals.

How does the ceramic hydrophobic layer perform in rain?

The ceramic infusion leaves a light hydrophobic film that encourages water to bead and run off more quickly than untreated glass. This isn’t a heavy-duty coating replacement, but it significantly improves visibility during light to moderate rain and reduces frequent wiping at driving speeds.

• Lightwater-repellent finish reduces streaking during showers.
• Helps beads of water form and sheet away at driving speeds.
• Easier windshield clearing between wiper cycles in wet conditions.

Is Clarity V2 suitable for professional detailers and regular car owners?

Yes—Clarity V2 was developed for both detailers who need reliable, repeatable results and everyday drivers who want cleaner glass with less effort. It provides a professional-level finish without specialized tools, while still integrating well into more advanced ceramic maintenance routines.

• Fast, streak-free results for daily maintenance or prep work.
• Compatible with microfiber towels and common detailing workflows.
• Safe for repeated use and follow-up ceramic treatments.

Who is this for? Drivers who want clearer glass with less streaking and improved wet-weather visibility will appreciate Ethos Clarity V2. It’s a smart pick for car enthusiasts, professional detailers, rideshare drivers, and anyone who values safe sightlines: easy enough for routine cleaning, and effective enough to be used before long trips or client handoffs.
