EVIL ENERGY 100 Micron Stainless Steel Fuel Filter Element 32×75mm Reusable Replacement

Designed as a direct replacement for the black 100-micron element in EVIL ENERGY fuel filter assemblies, this cartridge is made from 304 stainless steel for durability and repeated cleaning. It fits common fuel systems that accept a 32mm diameter and 75mm length filter core and is suitable for gasoline, diesel and similar fuels (not compatible with E85). Follow the correct orientation while installing—the closed end of the element should sit against the spring inside the filter housing to ensure a proper seal and flow path.

How do I know this filter will fit my EVIL ENERGY housing?

Measure the original element and compare to the replacement dimensions before ordering. The EVIL ENERGY replacement is sized to match many OEM-style 100-micron cartridges, but confirm the inside spring and seat arrangement in your housing to ensure proper alignment.

• Outer diameter: 32 mm (1.25 in)
• Length: 75 mm (2.95 in)
• Closed-end orientation: closed end must dock with the spring
• Check filter housing model and original element shape

What fuels can I use this element with, and are there any restrictions?

The element is compatible with conventional gasoline and diesel fuels as well as many hydrocarbon blends, thanks to corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel construction. It is NOT recommended for use with ethanol-rich fuels such as E85, which can affect seals, fittings and some filtration materials.

• Suitable: gasoline, diesel, standard hydrocarbon fuels
• Not suitable: E85 and other high-ethanol fuels
• Stainless 304 resists corrosion from typical fuels
• Verify system seals and elastomers for fuel compatibility

How should I maintain and clean this reusable filter to keep flow steady?

Because this is a reusable stainless steel element, periodic cleaning restores flow and removes trapped debris. Inspect at recommended intervals and clean with solvent or low-pressure back-flush; replace the element if damage or excessive clogging is present.

• Recommended cleaning/replacement interval: ~2,500 miles (vehicle-dependent)
• Clean with compatible solvent or gentle back-flush until clear
• Inspect for tears, deformation or stuck debris before reinstalling
• Always re-seat closed end against the spring when reinstalling

Will using a 100 micron element affect engine performance or fuel delivery?

A 100-micron screen removes larger particulate material while preserving fuel flow for most engines; it’s a balance between filtration and flow. For fine filtration needs, choose a lower micron rating, but be aware that finer elements require more frequent cleaning to prevent flow restriction.

• 100 micron = coarse filtration, protects pumps and injectors from large debris
• Maintains good flow characteristics for most fuel systems
• Not intended as primary fine particulate or water removal filter
• Monitor pressure/drop after installation to confirm adequate flow

Who this is for: This replacement element suits vehicle owners, mechanics and fleet operators who want a durable, serviceable 100-micron cartridge for EVIL ENERGY fuel filter housings or compatible aftermarket assemblies. Choose this stainless steel element if you prefer reusable filtration, need reliable coarse particle removal, and can perform routine cleaning every few thousand miles.
