EVOC Tailgate PAD Duo truck tailgate pad Standard Size — PVC-free, waterproof protection for two bikes

EVOC Tailgate PAD Duo is a heavy-duty, PVC-free truck tailgate pad that cushions and secures two bicycles for safe pickup-bed transport.

Designed for riders who haul bikes on pickup trucks, this Standard Size Duo pad protects both your bicycles and your truck tailgate while keeping two bikes stable during transit. Constructed from EVOC’s durable, waterproof tarpaulin and engineered fixation points, the pad balances protection, attachment flexibility, and weather resistance so you can load and go with confidence.

How does the EVOC Tailgate PAD Duo protect my bikes and truck?

The pad creates a thick barrier between metal surfaces and bike frames, preventing scratches, dents, and rubbing during driving. Its resilient construction absorbs shocks and resists abrasion for repeated use.

• Thick cushioning layer to prevent metal-to-metal contact
• PVC-free EVOC tarpaulin resists tearing and abrasion
• 100% waterproof material shields against rain and road spray
• Reinforced edges reduce wear at common contact points

How do I secure two bikes with the Tailgate PAD Duo?

The Duo model includes strategically placed fixation points that let you strap down bicycles firmly to the tailgate area. The layout accommodates common bike geometries and keeps frames separated to reduce contact during transit.

• Multiple fixation points for adjustable strap positioning
• Compatible with common tie-down straps or included straps
• Separating layout reduces frame-to-frame contact
• Attachment works on both sides of the tailgate opener for flexibility

Will it fit my pickup and which bikes are compatible?

The Standard Size Duo is intended for most mid-size pickup tailgates; EVOC also offers size options for larger trucks. The pad accommodates a wide range of bike types, from hardtail mountain bikes to endurance road bikes, when used with appropriate straps.

• Standard size fits the majority of mid-size trucks and tailgates
• Works with various frame sizes and wheelbases when secured correctly
• EVOC sizing chart available for larger trucks (L/XL) or mid trucks (M/L)
• Can be attached to either side of the tailgate opener for added clearance

How does the material hold up against weather and frequent use?

EVOC’s tarpaulin construction is temperature resilient and fully waterproof, built to withstand repeated loading, sun exposure, and wet conditions without saturating or losing structural integrity.

• PVC-free tarpaulin resists UV degradation and temperature extremes
• Waterproof surface prevents moisture penetration into padding
• Easy-to-clean exterior — wipe off mud, salt, and road grime
• Robust stitching and reinforcement extend product life under frequent use

Who is this for? The EVOC Tailgate PAD Duo is aimed at cyclists, bike commuters, and outdoor enthusiasts who regularly transport two bikes on a pickup truck and want reliable protection for both frames and tailgate. It’s ideal for riders who need quick, secure loading without installing a permanent rack and for anyone seeking durable, weatherproof protection during road travel.
