EvoShield Pro-SRZ 2.0 Batter's Elbow Guard - White Large, Gel-to-Shell molded protection, lightweight coverage

The EvoShield Pro-SRZ 2.0 Batter's Elbow Guard in White (Large) is a form-fitting, air-activated elbow shield that molds to your arm for increased coverage and pitch-deflecting protection.

Designed for hitters who want high-performance protection without sacrificing mobility, the Pro-SRZ 2.0 uses EvoShield's Gel-to-Shell® Technology to turn a soft, flexible material into a rigid, customized guard in minutes. The updated 2.0 profile provides roughly 10% more coverage than the original model, while a single strap with an iridescent pull tab keeps the unit secure. Interior comfort mesh helps manage moisture, and reflective accents add visibility during low-light conditions.

How does the Gel-to-Shell technology shape the guard to my arm?

The Gel-to-Shell system arrives as a pliable, air-activated gel that you position on your arm; within minutes it cures into a solid, contoured shield matching your exact arm shape. This customized fit reduces shifting and creates a closer, more natural feel than pre-molded guards. The result is a one-to-one molded piece that sits flush against the elbow and forearm for consistent coverage.

• Air-activated gel becomes rigid within minutes for a tailored fit
• One-to-one custom molding reduces movement during swings
• Contours to your bicep and forearm for a snug profile

What kind of protection and coverage does the Pro-SRZ 2.0 offer?

Engineered to disperse impact forces, the Pro-SRZ 2.0 spreads energy across its shell to lessen concentrated pressure at the point of contact. The 2.0 revision increases surface area by about 10%, giving broader coverage across the elbow and adjacent forearm. Its lightweight construction balances defense with freedom of motion so you can swing with confidence.

• 10% larger coverage than the previous Pro-SRZ model
• Dispersion technology routes impact energy across the shell
• Lightweight design maintains range of motion for batting

How does it stay secured and comfortable during play?

A single adjustable strap with an iridescent pull tab locks the guard in place quickly and cleanly, minimizing bulk while keeping the shield stable. Breathable comfort mesh lines the interior to wick moisture and reduce heat buildup during long games or batting practice. Reflective accents increase visibility, and the low-profile shape fits beneath sleeves or over jerseys depending on preference.

• Single strap with iridescent pull tab for fast, reliable fastening
• Interior comfort mesh manages sweat and reduces friction
• Reflective accents enhance visibility in dim conditions

Which size should I choose and how do I measure?

The Large size fits arms with a circumference above the small threshold; the small is best for under 10-inch arms. To confirm fit, wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your bicep. Choose Large if your measurement exceeds the small size range or if you prefer slightly more forearm coverage.

• Measure around the widest part of the bicep for size selection
• Small recommended for under 10-inch arm circumference
• Large suits bigger arms or players wanting more coverage
