Fasmov 7-inch Wool Polishing Pads 3-Pack Heavy-Cut Buffing Pads for Rotary & DA

Fasmov 3 Pack 7" wool polishing pads are heavy-cut, reusable wool buffing pads designed for compound cutting, polishing, and restoring gloss on automobiles, boats, trucks and RVs.

These 7-inch wool pads combine dense natural fibers and a hook-and-loop backing to work with rotary and dual-action polishers for aggressive paint correction and efficient compound removal. Built for professional-detailing results, the pads are washable and meant to be swapped quickly during multi-step polishing; they handle swirl mark removal, oxidation reduction, and heavy defect correction before refining with softer pads.

How do these wool pads improve cutting and polishing performance?

Wool fibers provide a more aggressive cut than most foam pads, so they remove defects and compound residue faster while remaining controllable. The pad’s construction minimizes excessive heat buildup and reduces hopping on the paint surface, helping you concentrate on the defect rather than pad instability.

• Dense wool pile for faster material removal.
• Blended wool improves washability and longevity.
• Hook-and-loop backing for quick pad changes.
• Designed to limit heat and pad chatter during use.

What surfaces can I safely use the Fasmov wool buffing pad on?

These pads are suitable for painted automotive surfaces as well as other hard finishes where aggressive polishing is needed. They also work on boats, RVs, countertops, stone, wood finishes and select artificial stone panels when paired with the correct compound and technique.

• Automotive paint (clear coat and single-stage).
• Fiberglass and gelcoat on boats.
• RV exteriors and large vehicle panels.
• Hard surfaces like stone, wood finishes, and synthetic panels.

How do I maintain and clean the wool polishing pads for repeated use?

After polishing, remove excess compound with a pad brush or comb, then either hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent or machine-wash on a gentle cycle. Thoroughly air-dry the pads before storage to prevent matting and to preserve fiber integrity across multiple jobs.

• Brush out compounds immediately after use to extend pad life.
• Wash with mild detergent; avoid fabric softeners and high heat drying.
• Reshape the pad and air-dry fully before reuse.
• Inspect for fraying or excessive fiber loss; replace when worn.

Who is this for: Detailers, restoration shops, and enthusiasts who need a reliable, aggressive wool pad for cutting and defect removal will value this Fasmov 3-pack. It’s aimed at users who alternate between heavy compounding and finishing steps and want washable, reusable pads that fit most 7" polishers. If you prefer a faster material removal rate than foam pads offer and need durable pads that hold up to repeated cleaning, this kit is a practical addition to your detailing toolkit.
