Febreze Cabin Air Filter UNSCENTED PUREFLOW RZ19186 — Activated Charcoal & Baking Soda Odour Control, OEM Fit for Chrysler/Jeep

This PUREFLOW RZ19186 cabin air filter from Febreze combines activated charcoal and baking soda layers to pull smells and gaseous contaminants out of incoming air while trapping dust, pollen and soot. Designed as a direct-replacement option for compatible Chrysler and Jeep models, it balances efficient filtration with proper airflow so your vehicle HVAC system runs normally. The unscented formulation is ideal for drivers who prefer neutral air or who are sensitive to added fragrances.

How does this filter remove odors without a scent?

The filter uses high-grade activated charcoal paired with baking soda to adsorb and neutralize odor-causing molecules rather than masking them with perfume. Those materials create a large surface area and chemical binding sites that hold odorous gases. Over time the filter traps and retains these compounds so the cabin air smells cleaner without added fragrance.

• Activated charcoal layer adsorbs volatile organic compounds and odors
• Baking soda enhances neutralization of acidic and basic odor molecules
• Unscented design leaves no aftermarket fragrance residue
• Four-layer PUREFLOW structure balances odor control and particle capture

Will it protect against dust, pollen, and pollution?

Yes — besides odor control, the RZ19186 filters airborne particles such as dust, pollen, dander and soot to improve cabin air quality. The multi-layer media captures a broad range of particle sizes while allowing consistent airflow so your HVAC system operates efficiently. It’s engineered to reduce the contaminants that commonly accumulate inside vehicles.

• Multi-layer filtration captures fine particles and larger debris
• Reduces pollen and common allergens from entering the cabin
• Helps intercept road dust, soot and mineral particulates
• Maintains balanced airflow for heater and A/C performance

How easy is installation, and what vehicles fit this filter?

Installation is straightforward for most owners and typically takes less than 10 minutes once you locate the cabin filter housing. Febreze includes a QR code on the box linking to vehicle-specific installation videos and guides. This specific part replaces Chrysler 68542125AA and 68608193AA and is compatible with several Jeep Grand Cherokee models including Grand Cherokee L.

• QR code gives step-by-step, model-specific videos
• Designed as a direct replacement for OEM part numbers listed
• Most installs are quick and tool-light — under 10 minutes for many vehicles
• Fits select Chrysler/Jeep models (verify fit for your year/trim)

Will this filter affect my car’s HVAC airflow or performance?

The PUREFLOW media is engineered to provide effective filtration without significantly restricting airflow. That helps maintain HVAC responsiveness and prevents unnecessary strain on the blower motor. Regular replacement keeps both filtration and airflow consistent through the seasons.

• Balanced media thickness preserves efficient air circulation
• Built to OEM fit tolerances to avoid gaps or resistance
• Recommended replacement intervals keep performance steady
• Helps avoid reduced blower efficiency from clogged or degraded filters
