FGJQEFG 26" Aluminium Trailer Tongue Toolbox — Black 5-Bar Tread, Lockable 26x13.3x12

This aluminum tongue toolbox combines corrosion-resistant construction, a powder-coated black finish, and a secure keyed lock to give you organized, protected storage without adding unnecessary weight. Sized at 26" x 13.3" x 12", the box fits many trailer tongues, hitch racks, and cargo platforms, while the 5-bar tread pattern increases panel strength and wear resistance. It’s built to keep tools, straps, and small parts dry and accessible, with a seal ring and overlapping lid to reduce water intrusion.

How durable and weatherproof is this trailer tongue toolbox?

The FGJQEFG toolbox is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum with a powder-coated black surface to resist rust and fading. A five-bar tread pattern reinforces the panels and the overlapping lid plus seal ring reduces water entry, keeping contents cleaner and drier than an unsealed bin.

• High-intensity aluminum resists corrosion and dents.
• Powdercoat finish reduces scratches and weather damage.
• Overlapping lid with seal ring minimizes rain and dust ingress.
• 5-bar tread adds structural rigidity for rough roads.

Will this toolbox fit on my trailer tongue or RV cargo rack?

With overall dimensions of 26" (L) x 13.3" (W) x 12" (H), the box is compatible with many common trailer tongues, hitch racks, and camper cargo platforms. Its relatively low profile helps preserve forward visibility and ground clearance when mounted on most tongues.

• 26-inch length fits standard enclosed trailer tongues and many hitch racks.
• 13.3-inch width clears many crossmembers and tongue braces.
• 12-inch height keeps the box compact and low-profile.
• Mounting-friendly design for bolted installation on racks or tongues.

How secure is the toolbox for storing tools and accessories?

This model includes a keyed lock and two keys to deter casual theft and accidental loss during travel. While not an invincible safe, the lock plus the sturdy aluminum lid and reinforced tread pattern adds a reliable layer of protection for everyday storage.

• Factory-installed lock with two keys for secure closure.
• Rigid aluminum lid resists prying and bending.
• Compact design reduces exposed leverage points.
• Good for securing hand tools, straps, and hardware overnight.

What practical storage benefits does this box provide for everyday use?

The tool box organizes small gear and supplies that would otherwise clutter your trailer or RV interior. Its lightweight build adds minimal payload while protecting contents from road grime and weather, making it a convenient, dedicated space for frequently used items.

• Keeps straps, chains, hand tools, and tie-downs accessible.
• Interior stays cleaner thanks to the sealing lid design.
• Lightweight aluminum avoids heavy load penalties on trailers.
• Black finish coordinates with most trailer styles and campers.
