The Fill-Rite 1210KTF7019 is a complete 10-micron Hydrosorb fuel transfer filter kit with head and fittings, built to strain particulates, detect water and support up to 18 GPM (68 LPM) flow.
This ready-to-install kit pairs the F1810HM0 Hydrosorb element with the 1200KTG9075 filter head, and includes the common fittings needed to add reliable contamination control to fuel transfer systems. It’s designed for operators who move diesel, gasoline or biodiesel blends and need a compact, serviceable solution that both captures fine particles and signals when excess water is present in the fuel.
The Hydrosorb element filters down to 10 microns to remove dirt, rust and other solid debris before fuel reaches pumps or engines. Its construction also helps enforce a detectable restriction when water accumulates, making it easier to know when service is required.
The kit arrives with the filter element, the matching filter head and three common 3/4" fittings so you can integrate it quickly into most transfer setups. The included elbow and pipe nipples reduce the need to source additional parts for standard pump-to-hose connections.
The Fill-Rite 1210KTF7019 is rated for up to 18 GPM (68 LPM) in continuous fuel transfer applications, making it suitable for many commercial and fleet fueling operations. It’s intended to protect pumps, meters and engines by capturing particulates and revealing water presence before contaminants cause damage.
Servicing is simple: shut off flow, relieve pressure, unscrew the element from the head and replace it with a new F1810HM0 cartridge. Fill-Rite advises replacing the element approximately every six months, or sooner if the element shows restriction or water indication.
Who is this kit for? The Fill-Rite 1210KTF7019 is aimed at fleet managers, contractors and facility operators who need a compact, dependable filter assembly to protect fuel-handling equipment. It suits mobile fuel trucks, shop transfer systems and fixed dispensers where 3/4" plumbing is common and where both particulate removal and water detection are priorities. If you require a straightforward, serviceable filter head plus element and basic fittings, this kit provides the core components to get clean, monitored fuel flow into your pumps and engines.
Q: What flow rate can this filter kit support?
A: The kit supports up to 18 GPM (68 LPM), suitable for many commercial fuel transfer applications.
Q: How often should I replace the filter element?
