The FLYINGAMZ E11015 electric fuel pump is a 12V, plug-and-play replacement specifically engineered to fit Onan 5500 (5.5KW) gas generators and compatible part numbers.

If you're restoring or maintaining an Onan 5500-series generator (Marquis Gold 5500 and similar), the E11015 fuel pump from FLYINGAMZ provides a straightforward swap to restore reliable fuel delivery. This pump matches several OEM and aftermarket references—making it a practical choice for mechanics, RV owners, and generator technicians who need a tested, ready-to-install unit that works directly with the generator's electrical system.

Will this fuel pump fit my Onan 5500 generator?

Yes — the E11015 is built to be compatible with Onan 5500 5.5KW gas generators and cross-references many common replacement numbers. Check your generator's manual or the OEM part label to confirm a match before ordering.

• Compatible with Onan 5500 Marquis Gold 5.5KW models.
• Replaces HGJAA through HGJAF style pump part variants.
• Cross-references include 149-2620, A047N929, A029F887, A064S965, GMB 596-1160, Herko RV008.
• 12V electrical interface designed for direct connection to generator wiring.

How easy is installation and setup?

Installation is designed to be simple: the pump arrives factory-tested for plug-and-play operation and mounts in the same footprint as the original. You may need basic hand tools and to remove the dust cap before installation; some residual test fuel inside the pump is normal and not a defect.

• Factory-tested before shipment to ensure immediate functionality.
• 12V connector aligns with standard generator harnesses.
• Remove dust cap prior to fitting and secure mounting bolts per OEM instructions.
• Small fuel residue possible from factory test — normal and safe when handled correctly.

What electrical and performance specs should I expect?

The E11015 operates at 12 volts, matching the Onan generator's electrical supply, and is engineered to provide consistent fuel flow appropriate for 5.5KW gas generator demands. It is intended as a direct replacement and not a high-performance upgrade; performance aligns with original equipment specifications.

• Nominal working voltage: 12V DC for direct connection.
• Designed to deliver steady fuel flow for 5.5KW generator operation.
• Built to the footprint and fittings used by common OEM part numbers.
• Tested at the factory to verify operational readiness before shipping.

How should I care for and troubleshoot this pump?

Routine inspection and proper installation will prolong service life; always follow generator manufacturer guidelines for fuel and electrical system maintenance. If you encounter issues, check electrical connections, fuel lines, and mounting integrity first before replacing the pump.

• Inspect wiring and connector for corrosion or loose pins.
• Confirm fuel lines are free of blockages and properly clamped.
• Ensure the dust cap is removed and mounting is secure to avoid vibration damage.
• If noisiness or poor flow occurs, re-check electrical voltage and hose routing.

Who is this for: The FLYINGAMZ E11015 is intended for RV owners, contractors, and technicians maintaining Onan 5500 (5.5KW) gas generators who need a direct-fit, tested replacement pump.
