FORTEM Ratchet Tie-Down Straps 4-Pack — 1" x 15' Polyester, 1650 lb Break Strength with Rubber-Grip Ratchets

FORTEM Ratchet Straps 4-Pack is a complete tie-down kit with four 1" x 15' polyester straps, metal ratchets with rubber grips, S-hooks, soft loop anchors, and a carrying pouch designed to secure loads up to a 1650 lb break strength.

Whether you’re loading motorcycles, kayaks, or general cargo, this FORTEM tie-down kit bundles the hardware and webbing you need to create reliable anchor points and cinch loads tight. The set combines coated S-hooks, rubberized ratchet handles, and soft loop straps so you can adapt to trailers, roof racks, and truck beds without hunting for extra parts. Built from black polyester webbing and weather-resistant hardware, the kit balances ease-of-use with durable materials intended for frequent transport.

How do these straps make loading and unloading faster?

The ratchet mechanism provides controlled tensioning so you can tighten straps quickly without repeatedly pulling by hand. Ergonomic rubber grips on the ratchets reduce hand fatigue and the smooth release latch lets you loosen straps without jerking. Soft loop straps create secure anchor points when tied to frames, while S-hooks allow fast attachment to rails and D-rings.

• Four ratchets with rubber grips for easier turning and less hand strain
• Soft loop straps for forming anchor points around bars or frames
• Coated S-hooks for quick hook-and-go attachment to racks and rails
• Smooth release latch for controlled, safer unfastening

Are these straps strong and weather resistant?

The webbing is high-quality black polyester engineered for abrasion resistance and minimal stretch under load. Each strap carries a 550 lb working load capacity and a 1650 lb break strength, so the kit is sized for light- to medium-duty transport tasks. Metal components are rubber-coated or finished to resist rust and corrosion for outdoor storage and frequent use.

• 550 lb working load per strap for secure everyday loads
• 1650 lb break strength for added safety margin
• Rubber-coated S-hooks and stainless-steel style handles to reduce corrosion
• Durable polyester webbing that resists UV and abrasion

What vehicles and cargo work best with this kit?

This 4-pack is versatile enough for motorcycles, bicycles, kayaks, ATVs, UTVs, coolers, and boxed cargo that fits on trailers, truck beds, or roof racks. Use soft loops to wrap around frames or handles where no fixed anchor exists, and hook the S-hooks into bed rails, trailer stake pockets, or rack bars. The 15-foot length gives room to route straps around bulky items and tie down awkward shapes.

• Motorcycles, bikes, and ATVs secured to trailers or truck beds
• Kayaks and paddleboards on roof racks with soft loops as anchor points
• General cargo such as coolers, furniture, and boxes on trailers
• UTVs and small equipment where extra strap length is required

Who is this for? The FORTEM Ratchet Strap Set is aimed at weekend warriors, small-business haulers, and homeowners who need a ready-to-go tie-down solution. It’s useful for anyone who transports outdoor gear, powersports vehicles, or household cargo and wants a compact kit that stores neatly in a carrying pouch. If you need reliable straps with simple attachments for occasional to regular loads, this kit covers the essentials without requiring separate anchor accessories.
