Fox Racing Enduro D3O Mountain Bike Elbow Sleeve Large — breathable, low‑profile impact protection

Fox Racing Enduro D3O Elbow Sleeve (Large) is a breathable, pedal-friendly elbow guard with removable D3O inserts for trail impact protection and unrestricted movement.

Built for riders who want low-profile protection without the bulk of full pads, this elbow sleeve uses lightweight micro-lycra and a high-stretch nylon mesh rear panel to stay cool during climbs and comfortable on descents. The D3O inserts sit at the point of contact to absorb knocks and scrapes, while silicone bands keep the sleeve securely in place during rough lines. Designed for long days on the trail, it balances airflow, fit, and protective performance.

How does the sleeve stay comfortable during long climbs?

The sleeve combines moisture-wicking micro-lycra with a ventilated nylon mesh rear panel that stretches with your motion and lets heat escape. This fabric mix reduces clamminess and prevents the sleeve from binding as you pedal uphill.

• Micro-lycra fabric pulls sweat away from skin.
• Nylon mesh rear panel increases airflow and stretch.
• Lightweight construction minimizes bulk under jerseys.

What level of protection do the removable D3O inserts provide?

Removable D3O inserts offer impact-absorbing protection where elbows are most vulnerable while maintaining a slim profile that won’t interfere with trail movement. The pads compress on impact to dissipate energy, then return to their original shape for repeated use.

• Engineered D3O material absorbs and disperses impact forces.
• Contoured shape follows elbow anatomy for coverage and comfort.
• Removable design for washing or swapping pads as needed.

Will the sleeve stay put during aggressive riding?

Yes—silicone grip strips at the top and bottom of the sleeve hold it in place through pedaling, braking, and impacts. The elastic properties of the micro-lycra plus the high-stretch mesh reduce slippage without cutting into the arm.

• Silicone grip top and bottom prevent migration during rides.
• Elastic construction conforms to arm shape without tightness.
• Durable seams maintain fit after repeated use and washing.

How should I care for these elbow sleeves to keep them performing?

To preserve fabric stretch and D3O performance, remove the inserts before washing and follow gentle-care instructions. Air dry the sleeve and avoid high-heat dryers or direct sunlight to maintain material integrity.

• Remove D3O inserts before machine wash on gentle cycle.
• Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners that reduce wicking.
• Air dry flat to retain stretch and silicone grip effectiveness.
