The FOXWELL JT200 is a bench-top fuel injector tester and cleaner that shows spray patterns and measures flow so you can identify, compare, and verify injector performance before you replace parts.
The JT200 combines visual inspection with precise flow measurement and automatic RPM simulation to diagnose conventional EFI and MPI top-feed injectors. Instead of guessing which injector is underperforming, this tester gives clear, side-by-side readings and a visible spray pattern inside sealed graduated cylinders. It’s designed for home mechanics and workshops that need fast, measurable results without risking spills or frequent engine run-ups. (Not compatible with GDI or diesel injectors.)
Electrical continuity checks only tell you whether the injector coil is intact, not whether the nozzle is atomizing fuel correctly. The JT200’s transparent collection cylinders let you see spray shape, droplet distribution, and stream consistency while measuring actual volume delivered per cycle.
Yes. The JT200 was built to run each injector under the same simulated engine conditions so you can compare volume and spray quality directly. Use automatic RPM simulation to reproduce idle-to-high-RPM behavior, or switch to manual mode for targeted checks at any specific pulse rate.
The JT200 supports most conventional EFI and MPI top-feed injectors that use 9–14.5 mm adapter sizes and works with 6V and 12V systems. It ships with a set of adapters to fit a wide range of cars, light trucks, and motorcycles, but it cannot test gasoline direct injection (GDI) or diesel injectors.
The JT200 uses sealed graduated cylinders to reduce fire and spill risks during testing, but choosing a safe test fluid is essential. Do not use gasoline; instead use approved cleaning fluids, kerosene, diesel (where allowed for bench testing), or high-purity isopropyl alcohol. Always observe shop safety: ventilate, keep ignition sources away, and use personal protective equipment.
Who is this for: The FOXWELL JT200 is for DIY mechanics, home-garage enthusiasts, and light-service shops that need a reliable, measurable way to diagnose faulty conventional injectors without swapping parts blindly. If you work on cars, pickups, or motorcycles with top-feed EFI injectors and want to save time, fuel, and unnecessary parts costs, the JT200 provides visual confirmation and flow numbers to guide repairs. If your vehicles use GDI or diesel injection, choose a dedicated tester designed for those systems instead.
Q: Can the JT200 test gasoline direct injection (GDI) injectors?
A: No. The JT200 is not compatible with GDI or diesel injectors; it is intended for conventional EFI and MPI top-feed injectors only.
Q: What fluid should I use for testing?
A: Use professional test fluid, kerosene, diesel, or 99.9% isopropyl alcohol. Never use gasoline to avoid damage and fire risk.
