Garage Smith Garage Wall Protector foam bumper strips — 4-pack, 1.2" thick impact-absorbing, cuttable, waterproof pads

Garage Smith Garage Wall Protector is a set of four heavy-duty foam bumper strips that mount to garage walls or columns to shield car doors from dings, scrapes and impacts.

These adhesive-backed foam pads are built to absorb strong impacts while remaining weather- and moisture-resistant, so you can park with confidence and protect paint and bodywork. Each strip is thick enough to cushion a serious bump, yet flexible and cuttable so you can fit them to corners, round columns, or uneven surfaces. The surface features a textured, scratch-resistant finish and the backing uses a reinforced fiberglass adhesive that peels off cleanly when needed.

How much protection do the pads provide?

Each Garage Smith pad measures 11.8" x 3.9" x 1.2" and the dense foam core is engineered to absorb considerable force, reducing the risk of door-edge damage when parking close to a wall or column.

• 1.2" thickness for strong impact absorption
• Rated to cushion forces up to about 150 kg (330 lb)
• Diamond-texture surface resists scratches and scuffs
• Waterproof outer layer protects foam from moisture

Will these stick securely and remove without ruining my wall?

The pads use an interlaced fiberglass mesh within the adhesive layer to increase bond strength while allowing a non-tearing removal. That means a firm hold during everyday use, with minimal risk of adhesive residue or wall damage when you need to take them down.

• Integrated fiberglass-back adhesive for strong, stable mounting
• Peels off cleanly without tearing the foam or leaving heavy residue
• Designed for indoor garage walls, columns and painted surfaces

Can I customize the shape or fit for my garage layout?

Yes — the foam strips are flexible and easily cut to size so you can adapt them to tight corners, curved columns, or short sections of wall. Their pliability lets you mount them on 90-degree corners and slightly curved surfaces without gaps.

• Cuttable with scissors or a utility knife for custom lengths
• Flexible enough for corners and cylindrical columns
• Soft yet resilient foam returns to shape after compression

What materials are used and are they safe for indoor use?

The protectors are made from high-density, low-odor foam with a waterproof textured finish and meet RoHS standards. The odorless, eco-conscious composition makes them suitable for enclosed garage spaces without introducing strong smells.

• High-density, odorless foam core for durable cushioning
• Waterproof, diamond-textured outer surface resists wear
• RoHS-authenticated materials for safer indoor use
