Gear Hugger Car Wash Soap Gallon 128oz — Biodegradable, High-Foam Plant-Based Cleaner, Paint-Safe

Gear Hugger Car Wash Soap Gallon is a concentrated, plant-based car cleaner that lifts dirt and grease with rich foam while remaining biodegradable and safe for all vehicle surfaces.

Keep your vehicle clean without trading performance for environmental harm. This 128oz gallon of Gear Hugger car wash uses naturally derived saponins and eucalyptus extracts to create a high-foaming, pH-balanced solution that removes road grime, oil, and residue yet rinses away cleanly. The formula is designed to protect paint, clear coats, chrome, rubber, and glass, so you can wash more often without stripping waxes or ceramic layers.

How does this soap clean heavy grime without aggressive chemicals?

Gear Hugger combines bio-solvents and plant-based surfactants that attach to oily soils and carry them into the rinse water, breaking bonds between water and grease at the molecular level. Because it’s pH-balanced and free of harsh caustics, it cleans effectively while being gentle on protective coatings.

• Concentrated bio-solvents bind oil for easier removal
• High-foaming action lifts dirt rather than requiring abrasive scrubbing
• Formulated to avoid stripping waxes, sealants, or ceramic layers
• Natural eucalyptus adds a fresh scent without synthetic perfumes

What dilution ratios should I use for different cleaning needs?

The gallon lets you mix the solution to suit the level of dirt, saving product and money. Use stronger mixes for heavy contamination and lighter mixes for routine washes to maintain finish and extend how many washes you get per bottle.

• 1:2 (soap:water) for very heavy mud, grease, or salt deposits
• 1:5 for typical weekly or biweekly washes
• 1:10 for light dusting or quick top-off rinses
• Safe to apply with mitts, sponges, or foam cannons for different workflows

Will this product leave streaks, spots, or residue on my vehicle?

No — the formula is engineered to rinse clear and minimize water spotting when used with proper rinsing technique. The low-residue blend helps produce a uniform, glossy finish without needing extra polish steps, so post-wash drying is easier and faster.

• Easy-rinse chemistry reduces soap film and streaking
• Gentle on trim, chrome, rubber, and glass for consistent results
• High-foaming action prevents swirl marks from excessive scrubbing
• Designed to preserve protective coatings while enhancing shine
