Generic Slick Mist Ceramic Speed Wax Spray Sealant — 24 oz 2-Pack, SiO₂-Infused High-Gloss & Hydrophobic Protection

Slick Mist Lucas 11294 Ceramic Speed Wax is a SiO₂-infused spray sealant that delivers fast, high-gloss protection and pronounced water beading for paint, glass, chrome and trim.

Designed for enthusiasts and pros who need rapid, reliable results, this 24 oz spray combines ceramic-enhanced chemistry with a no-fuss spray-on, wipe-off workflow. The hybrid SiO₂ formula boosts surface slickness and visual depth while improving hydrophobic performance so vehicles look cleaner longer between washes. Use it as a stand-alone sealant or to refresh existing ceramic coatings on cars, trucks, motorcycles and marine gel coat surfaces.

How does Slick Mist Lucas improve shine and color clarity?

The SiO₂-enriched blend increases surface reflectivity and clarity without leaving heavy residues. It lays down a thin, even film that fills micro-imperfections and amplifies paint depth for a showroom-like appearance.

• SiO₂ molecules bond to the surface for enhanced reflectivity.
• Reduces light scattering for deeper color perception.
• Safe on metallic, pearl, and solid finishes—no dulling agents.

Will this product protect against water spots and contaminants?

Its hydrophobic technology forms tight, uniform beads that shed water quickly and reduce drying marks. While not a permanent ceramic coating, it improves water runoff and helps limit road film, bird deposits and light contamination between washes.

• Creates strong water beading to accelerate rinse-off.
• Helps prevent mineral staining from fast-drying water.
• Useful as a maintenance topper over existing ceramic layers.

How easy is it to apply and how long does protection last?

Application is straightforward: spray onto a clean, cool surface and buff with a microfiber towel—no curing time required. Longevity depends on climate, wash frequency and exposure, but typical maintenance intervals are longer than traditional waxes.

• Spray-on, wipe-off for quick detailing jobs.
• No heat or oven cure; ready to drive immediately.
• Expect extended hydrophobic performance versus standard waxes.

Can I use this on other exterior surfaces besides paint?

Yes—formulated for multi-surface compatibility so it can be applied safely to glass, chrome, aluminum, plastic trim, vinyl wraps and gel coat when used as directed. It won’t harm clear coats or previously applied ceramic coatings if overlapped correctly.

• Safe for glass and metal—improves bead action on windows and mirrors.
• Works on trim and wraps without leaving greasy residue.
• Ideal for boats and motorcycles where quick protection is required.

Who is this for: Slick Mist Lucas 11294 Ceramic Speed Wax is aimed at car owners, detailers and fleet managers who want professional-looking gloss and water beading with minimal labor. It’s a practical choice for anyone needing a fast maintenance sealant on daily drivers, show cars, motorcycles or marine craft—especially when time and ease of use matter.
