GOLKNHA primary and secondary clutch pullers are a two-piece tool set designed to safely remove and install Polaris ATV/UTV clutches for models made between 1985 and 2009.
If you work on Polaris ATVs or UTVs such as the Sportsman, Scrambler, Trail Boss, Magnum and similar models, this matched primary and secondary clutch puller pair gives the correct fit to service OEM-style clutches quickly and without damaging the hub or sheave. Machined from hardened 45 steel with a blackened finish, the tools are made to resist wear and provide precise engagement with the OEM threaded holes (OEM numbers 2870903 and 2870506) so you can remove and reinstall clutches to factory tolerances.
The tools are built to match the common clutch thread and hub spacing used on many Polaris ATVs and UTVs produced from 1985 through 2009. That includes older Sportsman, Magnum, Outlaw, Trail Blazer, Trail Boss, Xpedition, Scrambler and several youth and utility variants.
GOLKNHA manufactures the pullers from 45 steel that is quenched and blackened to strengthen the contact surfaces and resist corrosion. The hardened construction maintains thread engagement under repeated use and reduces the chance of rounding or galling the clutch mounting points.
Use the correct puller on its intended clutch (primary on the drive sheave, secondary on the driven sheave) and follow the vehicle service manual torque and removal steps. Secure the vehicle, remove any drive belts or guards, thread the puller into the clutch hub fully, then operate the central forcing bolt to separate the clutch halves without prying or hammering.
The package contains one primary clutch puller and one secondary clutch puller, each sized to fit the referenced Polaris clutch patterns. GOLKNHA provides a one-year care support period for parts; customers are encouraged to contact support if the tools show manufacturing defects or fail under normal workshop use.
Who is this for: This clutch puller set is aimed at home mechanics, ATV/UTV service shops, and restoration enthusiasts who maintain Polaris models from the late 1980s through 2009 and need a reliable, OEM-pattern tool to remove and install clutch assemblies without damaging threaded hubs or sheaves. If you perform regular clutch inspections, belt changes, or driveline repairs on compatible Polaris units, this hardened two-piece puller set is a practical workshop addition.
Q: Will these pullers fit my 2005 Polaris Sportsman?
A: Yes if your Sportsman uses the OEM clutch pattern referenced (2870903/2870506) for 1985–2009 models. Verify hub threads match before purchase.
Q: Are these made of hardened steel and covered by warranty?
A: Yes — made from quenched 45 steel with a blackened finish, and covered by GOLKNHA's one-year parts support.
