Grefinity Garage Floor Mat 7.4'x17' Oversized Low-Profile Protector — Impermeable, Raised-Edge Spill Containment

Grefinity's 7.4' x 17' garage floor mat is a heavy-duty, low-profile rug that captures drips, stains, and tracked-in debris to keep concrete floors cleaner and safer.

This oversized garage mat is designed for homeowners who want an easy, durable way to protect the concrete beneath vehicles, lawn equipment, and workshop areas. Built to lie flat underfoot and under tires, the mat traps fluids and dirt while resisting curling, tearing, and oil damage. It’s a simple addition that reduces cleaning time and preserves the look of your garage floor without permanent adhesives or complicated installation.

How does this mat stop oil, water, and mud from reaching the concrete?

The Grefinity garage mat uses a textured, impermeable surface combined with a slightly raised lip to contain spills and suspended dirt. Liquids bead on the surface for quick wipe-up, while particles settle in the mat’s channels instead of embedding in the floor. Regular cleaning is straightforward and avoids staining the concrete.

• Impermeable top layer that resists oil and water penetration
• Raised edges and integrated channels to contain spills
• Textured surface that prevents tracked-in mud from smearing

Will this size fit my garage and handle vehicle weight?

The 7.4' x 17' footprint covers a large portion of most single-car bays or a deep section of a two-car garage and is rated for everyday vehicle traffic. Its low-profile construction avoids interference with garage doors while the durable composite resists compression from car and truck tires. If you park mid-length or need full bay coverage, measure your bay and compare to the mat dimensions.

• 7.4 feet wide by 17 feet long — fits standard single-car bays and deep zones
• Low profile to clear most automatic garage doors
• Designed to withstand regular vehicle weights without permanent deformation

How do you clean, maintain, and store the mat?

Maintenance is minimal: shake out loose debris, hose off spills, or use a mild detergent for stubborn grime. The mat lays flat when unrolled and can be rolled up for storage without losing shape. For seasonal or long-term storage, keep it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve the material’s flexibility.

• Hose or pressure-rinse to remove fluids and sediment
• Mild soap and a soft brush for tougher stains—no harsh solvents
• Rolls up compactly for storage and returns flat after unrolling

Is the mat slip-resistant and safe for tools, foot traffic, and pets?

The mat’s textured finish improves traction for shoes and tool movement while helping prevent accidental slips from spilled liquids. It provides a stable, non-abrasive surface for workstands, floor jacks, and pet paws. For additional grip under heavy equipment, consider pairing with small non-slip pads at contact points.

• Textured surface increases traction for feet and tools
• Non-abrasive material protects tires and pet paws
• Compatible with accessory non-slip pads for extra hold

Who is this for: The Grefinity 7.4' x 17' garage floor mat is ideal for homeowners, hobby mechanics, and renters who want a non-permanent, protective layer over concrete. It suits anyone who parks a vehicle indoors, stores lawn and power equipment, or runs a garage workshop and prefers low-maintenance floor protection that’s easy to roll out, clean, and store.
