Gyeon PPF Maintain SiO₂ Maintenance Spray 500ml — Hydrophobic Care for PPF & Vinyl

GYEON PPF Maintain Redefined SiO₂ is a 500ml maintenance spray formulated to boost slickness, water beading and chemical resistance on paint protection film and vinyl wrap in a quick, professional-feeling application.

Designed specifically for PPF and vinyl, this SiO₂-based maintenance spray lays down a thin, sacrificial layer that improves water repellency and dirt release without altering gloss or satin appearance. It works equally well as a regular upkeep product or as a topper over ceramic coatings, letting you refresh beading, reduce surface drag and make contamination easier to remove with minimal effort.

How does this spray improve daily dirt and water management?

PPF Maintain Redefined strengthens hydrophobic performance so water beads and carries away grime rather than clinging to the film. That means rinses take less time, and common contaminants rinse off more readily during washes.

• Installs a SiO₂ sacrificial layer for stronger beading and runoff.
• Reduces surface tension so road film and light contaminants release faster.
• Improves drying speed after rinsing or rain exposure.

Can I use it on both glossy and matte vinyl or film finishes?

Yes — the formula was tuned to preserve both high-gloss and satin/matte appearances without leaving glossy streaks or uneven sheen. It maintains the original finish while adding protective performance tailored to film substrates.

• Safe for glossy PPF and high-shine wraps.
• Formulated to respect satin/matte textures without enhancing gloss.
• Leaves an even, invisible protective layer across different surface types.

What is the recommended application method and coverage?

Application is straightforward and built for regular DIY maintenance: work on a clean, dry panel, apply the spray to a plush microfiber towel, spread evenly and remove residue with a second dry towel. Coverage is efficient — approximately 30 mL per average car — so a 500ml bottle lasts for many sessions.

• Spray onto a microfiber applicator, then work into the panel.
• Wipe off with a separate dry towel to remove excess and level finish.
• Estimated 30 mL per vehicle; suitable for repeated periodic use.

Does this product protect against chemicals and UV without harming the film?

The SiO₂ maintenance coat serves as a sacrificial barrier that helps resist fallout, acidic residues and UV exposure, reducing the load on the underlying film or wrap. It’s formulated to be chemically resistant while remaining compatible with PPF and vinyl materials.

• Creates a temporary protective layer to limit surface etching and staining.
• Improves resistance to common contaminants like brake dust and bird droppings.
• Can be reapplied regularly to maintain protection without film damage.

Who is this for? Vehicle owners, professional detailers and wrap installers who want an easy-to-use maintenance product made specifically for paint protection film and vinyl will benefit most. If you need a product that refreshes slickness, helps water bead and improves contaminant release while preserving gloss or matte aesthetics, GYEON PPF Maintain Redefined is designed for that role. It’s ideal for periodic upkeep between full detailing or coating services and for keeping field-installed film performing at its best with minimal time and tools.
