hansengroe RV shower faucet handheld kit 4-inch Chrome — leak- and rust-resistant replacement with 47-inch hose

hansengroe's 4" RV shower faucet set is a complete chrome handheld shower kit with hose and diverter engineered for leak-resistant, rust-resistant indoor or outdoor camper use.

This compact shower replacement fits standard 4-inch, 2-hole RV openings and delivers a durable, easy-to-install solution for travel trailers, motorhomes and outdoor rinse stations. Constructed from corrosion-resistant ABS components with clear acrylic control knobs and a long flexible hose, the kit is designed to restore reliable water flow without professional plumbing work.

How simple is installation for an RV owner?

Installation is intended for do-it-yourself replacement in common RV plumbing layouts; no specialized tools or a plumber are normally required. The kit includes 1/2" threaded male inlet shanks to match typical supply lines and a mounting bracket for the handheld holder.

• Fits 4" center-to-center, 2-hole openings
• 1/2" threaded male inlet shanks for standard connections
• Included mounting bracket and guide ring for quick setup
• Simple knob controls reduce installation tweaks

What materials and build features prevent leaks and corrosion?

The faucet and showerhead components use premium ABS plastic designed to resist tarnishing and corrosion in wet, mobile environments. Clear acrylic knobs provide smooth, reliable turning action and the valve design aims to minimize drips and seepage at the connection points.

• Corrosion-resistant ABS construction for longevity
• Dual clear acrylic knobs for precise temperature and pressure control
• Threaded inlet shanks engineered to reduce leakage
• Surface finish in chrome-like styling for easy cleaning

How does the handheld showerhead perform during travel or outdoor use?

The handheld head and 47" flexible synthetic hose provide mobility for rinsing pets, gear, or people outside the RV and for convenient inside showering. A water-saving trickle valve lets you reduce flow without fully shutting off, helping conserve freshwater while on the road.

• 47" hose for extended reach and flexible use
• Water-saving trickle valve (not a full on/off switch)
• Handheld bracket mounts securely to keep the head accessible
• Lightweight parts suitable for mobile environments

Will this replace my current RV shower components?

If your shower uses a standard 4" two-hole control layout, this set is intended as a direct replacement for worn or leaking fixtures. Confirm inlet thread size and hole spacing before purchase to ensure a straightforward swap.

• Designed for most 4" two-hole RV openings
• Matches common 1/2" inlet plumbing in RVs
• Complete kit includes hose, knob controls, bracket and guide ring
• Meant for indoor and outdoor camper shower applications

Who is this for? This hansengroe shower kit is aimed at RV owners, campers, van-lifers and travel trailer enthusiasts seeking a budget-friendly, corrosion-resistant replacement for tired shower hardware. It suits DIY installers who want a compact, reliable handheld shower and hose that works both inside the bathroom and as an exterior rinse station without professional installation.
