ILM Youth Full-Face Motorcycle Helmet MF521 — DOT & ECE Certified, Lightweight Venting

The ILM MF521 is a youth full-face motorcycle helmet engineered to balance certified impact protection, wide peripheral vision, and breathable comfort for young riders.

Designed specifically for children and teens who ride dirt bikes, scooters, or street bikes, the ILM MF521 combines DOT and ECE 22.06 level safety with a lightweight ABS shell and high-density EPS liner. Its large high-definition visor, efficient ventilation channels, and removable washable interior make it practical for frequent use while meeting regulatory standards expected in road and off-road environments.

How does this helmet keep a young rider safe?

The MF521 uses a tough outer ABS shell paired with a dense EPS inner layer to absorb and dissipate impact forces. It meets or surpasses FMVSS 218 DOT and ECE 22.06 requirements, giving caregivers confidence in its protective performance without adding unnecessary weight.

• ABS outer shell for structural strength and abrasion resistance
• High-density EPS liner to reduce impact energy transfer
• Certified to DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.06 safety standards
• Secure quick-release buckle for fast, reliable closure

Will my child stay comfortable during longer rides?

The helmet prioritizes comfort with an ergonomically shaped shell and a breathable, removable liner that reduces neck and shoulder strain. The interior pads are washable, so the helmet maintains a fresh fit ride after ride.

• Removable, washable inner liner for hygiene and fit tuning
• Breathable padding to minimize heat buildup on warm days
• Ergonomic shell profile to reduce weight burden on the neck
• Multiple interior contact points for a stable, snug feel

How does the MF521 handle airflow and visibility?

Ventilation channels are engineered to promote airflow across the head, helping regulate temperature during vigorous activity. The widened visor provides a broad field of vision and a clearer view of the trail or street while shielding the eyes from dust and debris.

• Strategically placed vents to encourage air circulation
• Large high-definition visor for expanded peripheral sightlines
• Dust- and gravel-resistant visor design for cleaner optics
• Vent-routing that balances cooling with noise control
