JAKARDA RV Kitchen Faucet 8" High-Arch Two-Handle — Chrome Swivel Spout, ABS Body

The JAKARDA RV Non-Metallic Kitchen Faucet is an 8" high-arch, two-handle replacement faucet with a 360° swivel spout designed for motorhomes, travel trailers and campers.

This compact, lightweight faucet blends durable components and RV-friendly fittings to replace worn or leaking fixtures in small kitchens on the road. Built with an ABS plastic 8" main body for corrosion resistance and a chrome-finished high arch spout, it balances weight savings with long-term performance. The two lever handles with quarter-turn stops give simple, precise flow control while the metal aerator helps reduce splashing and conserve water—an important consideration for off-grid and onboard water systems.

How does this faucet fit into tight RV or camper countertops?

The JAKARDA faucet is designed specifically for recreational vehicles and compact galley spaces. Its 8" main body and single mounting configuration minimize footprint while the high-arch spout clears sinks for pots and washing tasks. Installation uses common 1/2" threaded male inlet shanks that match many RV plumbing setups.

• 8" ABS main body tailored for RV sink cutouts and limited deck space
• 1/2" threaded male inlet shanks for straightforward hookup
• Compact base footprint leaves room for accessories and counters
• High-arch 10.63" spout height provides clearance for larger items

Will the swivel spout and materials hold up in mobile environments?

The faucet pairs a metal 360° swivel spout with an ABS plastic main body to reduce weight without sacrificing function. The chrome finish on the metal spout resists surface wear while the metal aerator promotes steady flow and reduced splatter. This combination helps the fixture tolerate vibration and movement common in travel situations when properly installed and secured.

• Metal swivel spout for reliable rotation and longevity
• Chrome finish for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning
• ABS plastic body reduces weight and resists rusting
• Metal aerator moderates flow and reduces water waste

How easy is installation and everyday use for RV owners?

Installation is straightforward for DIYers familiar with RV plumbing: the faucet uses standard 1/2" inlet shanks and a single mounting hole, and lever handles make temperature and flow adjustments fast. Quarter-turn stops on the handles give positive shutoff and help prevent overtightening. Once fitted, the 360° swivel spout allows flexible access around small sinks and enables convenient cleaning and filling.

• 1/2" threaded inlet shanks fit common RV plumbing connections
• Single-hole installation suits many camper sink designs
• Lever handles with quarter-turn stops for easy control and shutoff
• 360° swivel for full sink coverage and flexible use

What maintenance should I expect over time?

Maintenance needs are minimal: periodic wiping of the chrome spout and occasional cleaning of the aerator keep water flow consistent. Inspect mounting hardware and inlet connections after long trips to ensure fittings remain tight. Replaceable metal aerators and accessible handles simplify small repairs when required.

• Wipe chrome surfaces to prevent buildup and preserve finish
• Clean or replace aerator to maintain steady flow
• Check inlet shank connections after rough travel or long trips
• Replace handles or internal cartridges if wear appears over years
