JINCHEN Chrome Trim Honeycomb Mesh Grille Inserts for Jeep Cherokee 2014-2018 — 7-Piece Clip-On Protection & Style

If you want to upgrade the front end of your Jeep Cherokee without major tools or bodywork, these ABS plastic grille inserts offer a durable, clip-on solution. Designed to fit model years 2014 through 2018, the set blends protection with styling: a honeycomb mesh pattern behind a chrome frame that helps keep road debris out while preserving airflow to the engine bay.

Will these inserts fit my Jeep Cherokee 2014–2018?

Yes — the JINCHEN 7-piece kit is manufactured specifically for Jeep Cherokee model years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Confirm your vehicle's year and grille configuration before ordering to ensure exact alignment of clips and trim surfaces.

• Sold as a 7-piece set to match factory grille sections
• Engineered for Cherokee 2014–2018 grille dimensions and clip locations
• Check your original grille shape and attachment points for compatibility

How does the grille insert protect the front of my vehicle?

The honeycomb mesh blocks stones, leaves and road grit from reaching the radiator and condenser while still allowing cooling air to pass through. The ABS construction resists rust and corrosion and holds up in wet or salty conditions, so it protects components without degrading quickly.

• Mesh pattern stops debris while preserving airflow
• ABS material is waterproof and corrosion-resistant for outdoor use
• Chrome trim adds a barrier and cosmetic edge around the mesh area

Is installation difficult and will I need to drill or modify my bumper?

Installation is designed to be tool-free and non-destructive: each insert clips into place using the existing grille mounting points. No drilling or permanent modifications are required, and the inserts can be removed later without harming the original grille if you choose to return to factory appearance.

• Clip-on fit engages factory attachment points—no drilling
• Press-and-seat method — ensure each clip is fully engaged
• Removable for cleaning or returning to OEM parts

What finish, durability and maintenance should I expect?

The chrome-trim honeycomb uses high-quality ABS plastic that resists peeling and corrosion in normal driving conditions. Routine cleaning with mild soap and water keeps the finish bright; avoid harsh solvents or abrasive pads to preserve the trim’s appearance.

• ABS construction resists peeling and corrosion
• Chrome trim provides a polished look with simple upkeep
• Clean with mild detergent and soft cloth for long-lasting finish

Who is this for: The JINCHEN 7-piece grille insert set is aimed at Jeep Cherokee owners (2014–2018) who want an affordable visual upgrade that adds an extra layer of protection to the radiator area without permanent modification. It suits DIY enthusiasts who prefer a quick, clip-on installation, drivers in regions with gravel or salt roads who want to reduce debris damage risk, and anyone seeking a clean chrome-accented front-end refresh that maintains airflow and serviceability.
