KarSpareHub Dodge Ram 1500 Headlight Pair (2009–2018) Quad Halogen — Sealed OEM-Fit

KarSpareHub replacement headlights for the 2009–2018 Dodge Ram 1500 (quad halogen style) are a direct-fit driver and passenger pair built to match OEM fit, finish, and performance.

If your Ram uses the factory quad halogen headlight layout and needs a dependable, weather-sealed replacement, these KarSpareHub lamps are engineered to install like the originals. They are modeled to OEM part numbers and tested for fit on the specified model years, offering optics treated to resist UV deterioration and a sealed assembly to keep moisture out.

Will these headlights fit my Dodge Ram model?

They fit 2009–2018 Dodge Ram 1500 models that came from the factory with quad-style halogen headlights. They also fit 2010–2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 and 2019–2022 Ram 1500 Classic when those trucks use the same halogen quad headlight configuration.

• Designed to OEM references 68001484AE and 68001484AG for correct alignment.
• Compatible years: 2009–2018 Ram 1500; 2010–2018 Ram 2500/3500; 2019–2022 Ram 1500 Classic.
• Does NOT fit factory projector LED-style headlights or many Laramie/SLT/Longhorn/limited/REBEL trims with non-halogen optics.

How durable and weather-resistant are these lights?

Each assembly is sealed with a specialized polyurethane adhesive and tested for airtightness to reduce condensation and water ingress. The housings include a breathable one-way film that helps equalize pressure without allowing moisture inside.

• PUR seam sealing and 100% air-tightness verification for rain and road spray protection.
• One-way vent film built into the base to stabilize internal humidity and temperature.
• UV optical lens coating to slow yellowing and maintain light output clarity.

What lighting and regulatory standards do they meet?

The assemblies accept standard halogen low/high beam bulbs (H11 for low beam and HB3/9005 for high beam) and are produced to meet SAE guidelines for on-road lighting. The lens and reflector geometry are matched to provide lawful beam patterns and predictable nighttime illumination.

• Supplied to accept H11 (low) and HB3/9005 (high) halogen bulbs only.
• Optical coatings and reflector shaping aligned with SAE light output expectations.
• Intended as direct replacements—no headlight housing modification required when matched to correct models.

How hard is installation and what support is available?

These headlights are designed for straightforward swapping with the original units—either at a repair shop or by a hands-on owner. Basic tools and following the vehicle service manual are typically all that’s required; additional DIY instructions are available on request.

• Direct-fit mounting points and factory-style connectors for quick replacement.
• Simple bulb installation: H11 and HB3/9005 sockets—no rewiring on compatible trucks.
• Reply “DIY” to receive step-by-step installation guidance from the seller.
