KAX CA11480 Engine Air Filter for Ford Fusion & Lincoln MKZ — Single High‑Efficiency Replacement

This KAX CA11480 filter is built for drivers who want a durable, high-efficiency replacement that matches original fitment for several Ford and Lincoln gasoline models. Engine air filters are a simple, cost-effective part that prevents dust, pollen and debris from entering the engine's intake; choosing a higher-quality element improves airflow consistency and extends service intervals compared with many economy filters.

Which vehicles is the KAX CA11480 compatible with?

The CA11480 is manufactured to fit multiple model years of Ford and Lincoln gasoline vehicles with the corresponding OEM filter dimensions. Confirm compatibility by cross-referencing the part number with your vehicle's year and engine type before purchasing.

• Ford Edge: 2015–2024
• Ford GT: 2017–2022

How does this filter improve engine protection and performance?

KAX uses a multi-layer media that captures very small particles while maintaining steady airflow to the intake. Better filtration keeps abrasive dust and debris away from internal engine components, which helps preserve performance and can support fuel-efficiency consistency over time.

• High-efficiency media rated to filter fine particles effectively
• Embossed paper layer for increased dust-holding capacity
• Stable crease construction to maintain filtration area under flow

How long will the KAX CA11480 last and is it reusable?

The CA11480 is intended as a long-life disposable element rather than a washable or reusable unit. KAX designs this media to extend the replacement interval compared with standard economy filters; typical service life depends on driving conditions and environment.

• Estimated mileage up to about 20,000 miles under normal driving
• Not washable or intended for re-use — replace when soiled
• Packaged as a single filter in a protective box for storage

What are the physical specifications and fit details?

The CA11480 follows a rectangular profile with precise dimensions to ensure a secure fit in compatible air-boxes. Always compare measurements to your old filter to confirm a correct match before installation.

• Dimensions: length 9.6 in × width 7.8 in × height 2.4 in
• Shape: rectangular — designed for direct replacement fit
• Packaging: single unit boxed for shipping and storage
