Kohree RV Roof Sealant — Self-Leveling Lap Sealant 1-Pack White, Flexible Low-Odor

This single-pack, self-leveling lap sealant is formulated for bonding and gap-filling on RV roof materials and many hard surfaces. It levels quickly to create flat, continuous seals that resist water intrusion and remain flexible across temperature swings. The low-odor formula is suitable for both indoor and outdoor repairs on trailers, campers, and household surfaces where a durable, breathable seal is needed.

How quickly does the sealant settle and form a seam?

The Kohree sealant self-levels rapidly, transforming from a bead into a flat, continuous surface in about 30 seconds under normal conditions. That fast leveling reduces tooling time and helps produce uniform coverage over seams and gaps.

• Self-leveling action visible within ~30 seconds
• Creates a flat, gap-covering surface without heavy tooling
• Designed to form continuous lap seals on seams and joints

Which surfaces and materials will it adhere to?

This lap sealant bonds to a wide array of common RV and building materials, making it versatile for roof repairs and general patching. It is suitable for EPDM, TPO, PVC, metals, glass, mortar and many woods, accommodating different substrate types on a single vehicle or structure.

• Compatible with EPDM, TPO, PVC roofing membranes
• Adheres to metals like aluminum, brass and steel
• Works on glass, mortar, wood and other common substrates

Will the seal last through weather extremes and temperature changes?

Kohree’s formula is designed for all-weather performance with an operating range from -40°F to 200°F. The cured seal remains elastic and breathable, which helps avoid surface cracking when temperatures fluctuate and reduces the need for frequent re-sealing.

• Rated for -40°F to 200°F operating temperatures
• Elastic and breathable to tolerate thermal movement
• Longer service life versus rigid, non-flexible compounds

Is it safe and convenient to use in enclosed or living spaces?

The product uses a low-odor, non-hazardous formula intended for safer handling around people and pets, making it appropriate for use both inside RVs and outdoors. Follow standard ventilation and handling instructions on the container for best results.

• Non-hazardous ingredients for safer application
