Kspeed Front Bumper Grille for 1999–2000 Honda Civic Coupe/Sedan — JDM Type R style, ABS with Chrome Trim

Kspeed's Front Bumper Grille replaces the OEM upper grille on 1999–2000 Civic coupe and sedan models, delivering improved airflow, durable ABS construction, and a refreshed JDM Type R–inspired look.

This aftermarket front bumper upper grille is engineered specifically to fit 1999–2000 Honda Civic LX, DX, EX, and Si coupes (2-door) and sedans (4-door). Built from weather-resistant ABS plastic with a chrome-trim shell and black painted interior, it’s a direct-fit OEM replacement designed to protect the radiator while restoring or upgrading your Civic’s front-end appearance without cutting or modifying factory mounting points.

How does this grille improve cooling and engine protection?

The Kspeed grille uses an open grid pattern to increase air delivery to the radiator and intercooler area, helping the cooling system operate efficiently. Its robust ABS construction prevents common road debris from reaching sensitive components, reducing the risk of chips or punctures.

• Grid design channels more airflow to the radiator core.
• ABS plastic resists cracking from stones and road debris.
• Chrome outer shell and painted interior add structural integrity.
• Shields engine bay from plastics, paper, and small rocks.

Will this grille fit my 1999–2000 Civic without modifications?

Yes — the part is made as a direct OEM replacement for the specified Civic years and trims. It matches factory mounting locations and contours so installation is straightforward and typically requires only basic tools.

• Designed for 1999–2000 Civic LX, DX, EX, Si — coupe and sedan.
• No trimming or drilling expected for proper fitment.
• Uses the same attachment points as the original upper bumper grille.
• Packaged as a single upper front bumper grille unit for swap-in.

What materials and finish options come with this replacement grille?

The grille combines an ABS thermoplastic core for toughness with a chrome-finish outer shell and a painted black interior for a clean, sporty appearance. These choices balance durability with an upgraded visual accent similar to JDM Type R styling cues.

• High-impact ABS body resists weather and UV exposure.
• Chrome shell provides corrosion resistance and a polished look.
• Black painted interior emphasizes depth and grille openings.
• Finish reduces rusting and maintains appearance over time.

How simple is the installation and what’s included in the package?

Installing this grille is intended to be quick for anyone comfortable with basic automotive tasks. The part is supplied as one complete upper front bumper grille; typical installation requires removing the old grille and clipping or bolting the new unit in place.

• Package includes: 1 x Front Bumper Upper Grille (Kspeed).
• Basic hand tools are usually sufficient for swap-out.
• Retains original mounting points—no customization required.
• Professional installation option recommended if unfamiliar with bumper trim removal.
